I'm a IHG Hotels & Resorts member. I've stayed at holiday-ins all over America. This was just okay. But still my least favorite of ALL of them. Front desk was nice whenever they were around for whatever I needed. But most of the time I could not find them. At 8AM Sunday morning December 24th Christmas-Eve. Construction crews started working on rooms upstairs. YUP! that's what i said! Construction crew working at 8am on Christmas-Eve MORNING while we were still sleeping. Called the front desk several times in no answer! So I called Holiday In Customer Service 1 877-619-4884 around 9:30AM. While I was expressing my concerns and complaints. How's keeping knocked on the door to ask if we were leaving anytime soon. YUP! She did. I let customer service know what was happening when it was happening. And she herself, could not believe it. I will still book their hotels. But this location was the worst EVER!

Okay-good location to bike trail
Value was okay, but not great. A bit dated and musty smelling. Did like that it was close to Razorback Greenway trail, which is what we were going for, so may stay again.

We looked at for a hotel that did not allow dogs - this one had dogs outside, pooping and when we asked if they were allowed - they said for a price. Room had stained carpet, smelled like dog. I would like a refund as we paid for a dog free hotel due to allergies.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and been very satisfied, but this trip was underwhelming. Arrived to find a dehumidifier in the room (apparent AC leak), dirty underwear in the draw, refrigerator turned off (food spoiled), drape missing -- and not replaced despite their promise.

The Holiday Inn Express in Bentonville was very clean and well taken care of. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

I liked the rooms were clean. I did not like that we were refused extra pillows for the pull out couch stating you have pillows in the room. I did not like we were refused a razor because the guy said he didn’t want to leave the desk tonight. I did not like how a bum with his crotch hanging out (literally genitalia just swinging) sat on the front bench by the doors and when you complain about it the night guy says “just don’t go outside” not that simple definitely not worth almost $300

Wonderful stay, clean hotel
This is a very nice hotel, and located close to lots of dining, shopping, and other things to do in Rogers/Bentonville. Everything was clean, breakfast was good, and our stay was very comfortable. Too bad we had to leave early for a family emergency. :( Thank you so much for a nice stay!

No pool!☹️
My only concern was that they did not have a pool. My grandchildren were devastated. The girl at the desk did give us suggestion to go to the nearby city complex. That was nice of her. Also, we left out dirty towels outside our door. I wish housekeeping would have replaced them by the door but they did give us some from the front desk. Otherwise we were very pleased with it.

Overall it was fine. Good price point. Breakfast was hot. The bathroom smelled a little like mildew and the bathtub stopper wound work. We could only shower. I had to call the technical support hotline to get connected to the wifi.

The property was good for the price. The staff was great especially Kelly. Property could use new carpet and tile grout cleaned. With that said it still was good for the price.

Helpful staff, wonderful beds & pillows, quiet, they had a toothbrush which I forgot to pack:). For some reason they forgot to clean our room for one day of our stay but otherwise we really liked the hotel.

Good location, a little tired.
We were assigned to the wrong room type than what we booked thru hotels com. We had to return to the desk with all our luggage where the front desk issued us new keys. Bathroom had mold and zero ventilation.
