This property is dirty, and feels like it was updated using things brought back from the early 2000s. You Will want to complain and ask for your money back but you won't be able to find anything to complain about we everything is bare minimum but not terrible.

The staff was friendly. My room did have a smell I don’t really know what it was but it wasn’t too bad. There was fluff feathers on the floor almost like housekeeping forgot to vacuum but again it wasn’t a huge deal for me. I think for the price the location and everything this is a good 3 Star hotel. Great value.

I could tell that the building was nice at one time but is now badly neglected. The carpets were filthy throughout. We felt it necessary to inspect the bed for bedbugs which fortunately we didn’t find. It’s a shame but the whole area is going downhill in a hurry.

We stayed here a 2nd time based on a decent experience a month ago. More or less get what you pay for. No excuse for linens and sheets being stained. Had to switch rooms. Next room had no toilet paper or towels. Both trips to front desk to fix these issues nobody there. Lots of 4/20 breaks from the smell of it.

The area around the hotel doesn’t look like a bad neighborhood, but as soon as we got our kids to bed the noise from all around us in the hotel started. Luckily our kids slept through all the noise because I was about to call 911 if front desk staff wasn’t going to… from around 12am-3am it sounded like someone’s hotel room door was being slammed repeatedly back and forth trying to get it open…and so violently that we could feel our room shaking. My husband called down to the front desk and told them what was happening and that it needed to be handled, but I’m not sure if they called the police or not. Will not be staying there again…

Had to fix my toilet as it was zip tied together, the lamps had to be plugged in and unplugged to turn on and off, tape over the sprinkler system, shower drain broken. Was told breakfast starts at 6:30 when I checked wasn’t ready at 6:50

The staff did what they could, the place had a broken curtain in the room, We couldn't sleep with the light in us face, we could never close the curtain. The bathroom was clean, the carpet was very dirty, the pool dried out my skin with so much chlorine.

The price was fair but the room eas not in great shape. Lights didn't have covers, the couch made it imppssible to push the cart past. Went to get apple juice and had dead bugs in my juice. The room was 85° when we arrived. The tissue box was completely empty, why even leave it in the room if you are not going to provide tossues. Ice mace didnt work. Bed was so HARD, felt like I was sleeping in the floor.

It was very good choice. This was our first time staying in this hotel. Friendly staff and cleanliness was what I like most. They surprised us with hot breakfast. I’d just would have liked some more juice choices.

Nice place, great staff.
The service was outstanding by everyone, especially Roy. The rooms were acceptable; but the carpet was stained and the room was supposed to be non-smoking, yet the carpet in rm 222 had cigarette burns and the bathroom counter had a cigarette burn. The bed sheets were clean, however the bottom sheet had a low thread count and was beginning to pill a little. The room smelled very musty and when I turned on the heater it reeked of what smelled like urine. I spoke to Roy at the front desk and he personally did his best to have the room and heater smell eradicated (with some success). While the effort to remove the musty scent was not entirely successful, the room was much better and did not trigger my allergies to smoking anymore. The breakfast was great with three kinds of cereal, waffles, yogurt, bread/toast, bagels, fruit, scrambled eggs, and sausages (pork, not beef or turkey unfortunately), coffee, orange or apple juice, and water. There both large and small bowls available for the cereal. The toaster did a good job. The staff had a prepared list of nearby restaurants for the remaining meals of the day, and there are also a Meijer and Walmart stores with a very good deli if you wanted something fast and reasonably priced in a hurry. There is a pool and exercise room (which was well equipped and in good condition). There were conference rooms and a business center available as well. The WIFi service was strong and operated very well during my stay.
