Nice property is wanting a city stay, the single beds are very small and and took up majority of the twin room. Excellent location, good food downstairs and nice bar upstairs. You get disconnected from the wifi the second you check out so if booking a cab etc, ensure you do this prior to checkout.

Good location, friendly helpful staff, breakfast was disappointing poor quality and bland. Room was adequate but booked the studio room asked for twin beds apparently no twin beds in hotel!! and actual bed is more double than Queen photos flatter to deceive, Couldn’t find any Premium tv channels. Overall ok stay but wouldn’t stay here again.

Comfortable and attentive staff
Comfortable rooms, attentive and good staff and service. Only the bathrooms need an upgrade; they have short shower curtains with water spilling out of the bath area.

Surprisingly Pleasant
Surprisingly Pleasant - Great location and very helpful staff especially if you are an out of town visitor. Easy access to the shopping malls, metro rail station. Very good customer service. Attached restaurant helps. I like the ambiance of the place. Impressive food options for vegetarian and non-vegetarians. Rooms were kept clean, room service was prompt. The room prices were competitive. Overall quality of service at the hotel and staff were commendable.

Friendly accommodating staff
Dining staff gave good service. Good selection on the breakfast bar with fresh cut fruit available. Note: Breakfast is not served until 7:00 a.m. Dinner in the restaurant was also good and reasonably priced. Room was comfortable. Only downside of our 3 night stay was two men in the room next to us talking loudly till 2am, and their cigarette odor coming in our room. (There was a for joining the 2 rooms.)

Clean and comfortable
The rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff is very helpful but make sure to double check any taxi bookings. The first day we stayed here, the taxi was late by more than one hour. However, the next morning the staff were very helpful in arranging a last minute taxi to the airport at 5 in the morning. Just make sure to double check with the hotel staff and DON'T believe the drivers if they tell you that you don't need to speak with the hotel about transport bookings! While the room and bathroom were comfortable, the only thing that we found disturbing was the music playing outside in the hotel corridors at night after 9pm. As our room was not sound proof, wish they would stop the music after 9.

Good hotel and would recommend.
This hotel is very good compared to other hotels in the neiborhood, but not really over the top, nevertheless good place to stay. The service is good. The WiFi is not that great, very slow at times. Each device needs to have its own password and logon. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I and my family enjoyed our stay here.

A good and convenient hotel for short stay
The staff at the reception were helpful for check-in after arriving at 3 am on an international flight. The breakfast was adequate and the staff were helpful. Had no easy control for air conditioning . The bathroom would get wet after a shower since there was a thin shower curtain and no tub or proper enclosure. Overall, my stay was satisfactory.

Central location for south Bengaluru visit. Close to amenities and travel . Business hotel but also family freindly. Staff courteous and helpful. Few first floor rooms facing quadrangle close to conference center can be noisy if there is a conference. conference delegates are served tea. Lunch & dinner events 1 feet in front of the room. The hotel staff moved me to different quiter room after sataying in one facinh the quadrangle. Safe hotel for single women.

Good stay. We had the studio room which gave us a lot more breathing room...amazing what an extra 100 sq ft can do especially if you are claustrophobic.

Excellent Hotel - Will Stay Here Again
I was very impressed with this hotel, it was clean tidy, the staff were always welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend the hotel on the 5th floor of the hotel which is called Gufah and its an experience in itself. My standards are high and very rarely give a 5 star rating to a hotel. Its a great hotel to be in when your in Bangalore. The breakfast which is complimentary with your stay is very good too. As I am from the UK this hotel also stocks Qua Mineral Water from the Himalayan foot hills - I drank this water and I stayed healthy throughout my trip - it was great to come to india without getting diarrhea and I believe this qua mineral water played a big role in this. the qua water is not readily available so this was the cherry on the cake!

Nice Hotel with Great Service
Nice hotel well maintained with great service (in the "luxury room" not "comfort room"). Close to a nice shopping area (for India). My complaint is that I had a corner room with a balcony and the exterior door did not close out the street noise at all. A big annoyance for me when trying to sleep since most drivers in India use their horn as much as the brake. Restaurant food was pretty good although service there was not good.

I'm an American who has traveled extensively overseas. This hotel won't wow someone used to the five-star USA experience, but for India it is quite good. The facility is ordinary, but the staff were SUPERB at sensing and responding to my needs. There was always someone hopping to prepare my room, clear room service utensils, etc. (and some generous tipping only encourages them). The Internet service was spotty, however, and though the staff tried to help they admitted that most of the problems were offsite and beyond their control.

There are many good options for food in this hotel. The breakfast and dinner were very good. The issue though with one of their restaurants by name Gufa is that is that service is very lethargic.

Great hotel experince in Bangalore
The hotel is modern and clean, with excellent customer sevice. It has a couple of restaurants. Food is good in both the restaurants, the ambiance in the Gufa restaurant is too dark. The staff if very helpful and will help you carry your luggage, arrange for taxis etc. The complementary breakfast is one of te best I have ever seen. They have plenty of choices and will even make breakfast to your order.

Effektivt hotell i Jayanagar
Hotellet har rene og greie rom, bra betjening og grei frokost. Sjåførtjenesten fungerte fint, selv om det ikke alltid er trivielt å finne kontorer i Bangalore. Hentet oss på flyplassen midt på natten for en OK pris.
