It looks like the hotel is acquired by some other owner. This hotel used to be good but it's pathetic now.. no service no maintenance no cleaning.
AC was not working
Taps are so old in every room I tried 2 that they leak
Forget about any service.. it's self service.

worst hotel in Marathahalli, naver book this place
I had booked Executive Room on hotel.com and when I visited they allocated me room, which was nothing like shown in hotels.com pics, it's all fake... hotel was very dirty ... on 2nd floor there was very very BAD smell ... never book this hotel, it's waste of money.. staff was also not so good.. they are just doing timepass... room was also not clean....
The Check-in process was good. The property is run-down and needs upkeep. I was given a room which was reeking of smoke smell in a 'non-smoking' room. The hotel staff refused to change the room citing that no other rooms were available.

Highly recommended to try elsewhere for your stay requirements. Bathrooms are filthy and common areas are poorly maintained.

Worst experience i don't recommend this to anyone bed bugs, no paste is provide, no soap is provided, i booked with breakfast but the breakfast is worst and

Stayed overnight to beat traffic to attend a meeting. Purpose served.
Drainage smell in the bathroom. Rooms are ok for $20 bucks, air conditioning works. Beds are ok.

Hotel is not very clean, dirty dishes were lying around for more than 24 hrs. They don't serve breakfast either. Location is good, right opposite to main entry gate of Prestige Tech Park.
