Deplorable.
The rooms were unclean: it was a crime in covid time. They refused to change the sheet and also said the blankets could not be replaced. The staff was rude and uncooperative.

The room was spacious and air con was good. Unfortunately the drain blocked in the bathroom, it was sort of fixed, but blocked again very quickly. In a decent location. Overall ok for the the price.

The Expedia website showed an AC room but the hotel gave a Non-Ac room. The staff was rude as hell and the rooms were stinking and dirty. Stay at this hotel only if you want to live inside a toilet along with rude staff.

Very good sleep but horrible spa!
Hotel 25mn by taxi from Bengalore international airport! Clean and very confortable bed! Perfect for a well deserved sleep after a long flight or before going back home! Lovely people, and very helpful at the reception desk. Don't expect to relax in the "spa": the worst part of the hotel! I hoped to pamper myself with a massage and Ayurvedic treatment before leaving India despite the higher price than in the best spa in Mysore. It could have been okay by mastering my feeling of disappointment related to the poor setting and to the poor parallel service, but I have not been able to endure the surrounding din and the lack of consideration from the female masseuse. It really ruined my experience. An indoor swimming-pool of good length.

Don't go if you have self respect
The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. If I had an option I would've stayed anywhere else possible. The reception staff is extremely disrespectful. In the middle of the night they required me to talk to confirm with Expedia as they have absolutely no responsibility on whatsoever the Expedia confirmed. i had a very stressful stay. Pillows are dirty . Looks like not washed after the previous person checked out. Toilet WC are dirty and the staffs said they can't clean it more than that. Room lock doesn't work. I had no trust in leaving my things when I stepped out.

For the rupees a day you pay you get clean but worn bedding, Clean but worn facilities. Working air conditioner and European toilet. On the whole reasonable value for money for those on a 3 star budget (I extended my stay as the cost of moving to a 5 star outweighed the benefit of improved facilities and comfort)

Ok Hotel for the money
First day room was up to tap standard, when asked to change the room staff were very friendly and moved us to better room. Had trouble with WIFI but staff fixed the problem. Though Tap Paradise is OK but roads are very narrow and wet all the time.

Hotel TAP Paradise not good
Hotel TAP Paradise doesnt provide any facilities. The rooms are not clean and ar unhygenic. Not worth for money paid. In bangalore lot of other hotels are available which give better rooms and services at lower price. So not recommended.

there is room for improvements. the staff needs good training peep through is not very nice but the are only kids they need to be trained properly. courtousy cup of tea or coffee would be very much apprciated after the guests had a settled in

Receptionist is so rude.
Hi all, The area where it located is not good,lean road with full of toilets and smell. When we enter in hotel at 10 AM the receptionist told that u will get room ay 12 its policy so requested him to give at 10 we will check out at 10 next day, but that guy is not at all listening. Second thing is at that receptionist room so ackward smell is coming. Bathroom are soo small.

I would recommend this hotel as the stafff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is nearby many major hangouts like brigade rd etc however the surrounding area is not at all city like. its a good budget choice especially for AC deluxe rooms!!! I would probably not go there again if i dont have to but when i'm travelling alone... i might always remember it

You land in Bangalore. All you need is a night stay, a bed, charge point for your laptop, a bathroom. Next day you get up, get ready and check out. Nothing more. But don't complain. In this price you will get this which is not bad at all.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. They can also speak Hindi. Towel and soap are not provided in the room. We didn't take shower. It is enough for transit.

Achtung! Im Hotel sind "unmarried couples", also unverheiratete Paare nicht erlaubt. Das kann also zum Problem werden. Wir sind Geschwister und haben uns als verheiratet ausgeben. Das hat dann funktioniert. Ansonsten ist das Hotel für indischen Standard recht gut. Die Zimmer mit Klima (AC) (superior deluxe ac) sind ausreichend groß. Die "Dusche" ist ein eimer Wasser, was in Indien durchaus üblich ist. Die Klimaanlage ist aber etwas laut und deshalb nachts nur bedingt zu gebrauchen. Es gibt aber einen Deckenventilator. Die standard-zimmer sind wesentlich kleiner und schmutziger. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Foyer gibt es einen Fernseher und freies WLAN. Früh wird Frühstück für das Zimmer angeboten. Kaffee und Tee sind aber indientypisch mit viel zu viel zucker und milch. Dazu gibt es ein toast mit ketchup. Also das Frühstück sollte man vllt eher anderswo einnehmen. Vom Hotel aus ist die Stadt und die sehenswürdigkeiten gut mit rikscha zu erreichen. Google gibt allerdings beim eingeben der adresse einen anderen ort an. der stimmt wohl nicht. Der Ort auf der Expedia-Karte ist aber wohl richtig.

het koste niet veel en het was ook niet veel
Bij aankomst in hotelkamer geen handdoeken aanwezig bed alleen voorzien van uiterst dun onderlaken wel dekens aan wezig geen bovenlaken bij navraag kreeg ik een extra onderlaken kamer niet voorzien van douche moest met emmer en kom de zg standaart wasvoorziening me zelf wassen.verder was de kamer en zeker de douche in slechte staat en onderhoud de beloofde wifi was alleen aanwezig bij de receptie over de niet aanwezige badjassen en balkon in de omschrijving zullen we maar zwijgen.indien mogelijk zal ik foto's sturen om mijn relaas kracht bij te zetten ik vermoed dat ze gebruik maken van naam paradise enige tiental mtrs verderop die zag er in iedergeval beter uit.
