Check in was a breeze. We were welcomed to the room with a hand written note and a platter of sweets! We had dinner and breakfast buffet, both of which were excellent. The overall experience was fantastic for a short stay to see family.

Great service!
The guest relations staff was really great. So helpful, proactive, going above and beyond. The restaurant staff could have been more attentive, but the front desk, guest services, and housekeeping staff were amazing. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Bangaluru.

Great hotel and great services
It has been fantastic stay. Rooms were clean and tidy. Fixtures were good and all worked properly. View from window has been nice, you see the main road through it and that is quite exiting. Service is nice and staff is very polite and helpful. Overall a great hotel to stay with.

The hotel is a bit below the Marriott next door, but way better for the price offered.. my colleague and I booked together, he got the Marriott next door, and by the time I booked the price was too high, so I booked the Fairfield.. but have no regrets .. the staff is excellent and service great.. the room was a bit small, but I don’t expect a large room in Fairfield either.. would definitely recommend

This was my first time in India, but I've stayed at a few places during this stay. The Fairfield was the best experience by far. Every employee was extremely friendly and helpful; any time I had a moment of uncertainty about where something was, or what I was going to do next, someone was there to help me out (shout out to Ashish at the front desk who was especially helpful). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. I slept better here than I usually slept at home. This is probably where I'll stay the next time I'm in Bengaluru.

Such welcoming staff. There was a gift in my room each day and another gift at check-out. I only had one meal in the hotel but it was lovely. Very clean rooms and lovely pool area

Conveniently located on ORR , great staff!
It was indeed a great experience - being pampered truly by the staff who genuinely care about you and your comfort. Thank you Ruby and Shashank, Rituparna for your service. Neha for your thoughtful note and two little tit-bits in the room were truly a pleasant surprise. Food is good, located very conveniently for ORR and tech park meetings making travel unnecessary in traffic ridden bengaluru. Look forward to being there again soon.

Friendly Indian Hospitality
Visited Bangalore for work, hotel staff demonstrated the best of Indian hospitality. Some hiccups but the staff ensure and did more than expected to make up for it. Very bad traffic so didn't bother venturing out to look around. Good for business trip and attentive staff.

Good Business Hotel
Stayed in the Hotel only for the night sleep, early morning gym and breakfast. The room is just adequate for a business travel when you are not spending time at the Hotel and just need a decent bunk. The swimming pool looks deceptively better in the pictures, but not that good. The gym was good. Overall a nice stay and great value for money
