Property has a lot of potential, and the food is good. But unfortunately, I experienced many issues with the physical plant and staff responsiveness: 1) A/c totally inadequate - it was cooler outside than in my room, even with the A/C on maximum (the thermostat is right below the cool air vent, which doesn't help matters), and the fan is not nearly powerful enough to distribute the cool air to the room); 1b) I asked for a portable fan and two different employees told me they did not have a fan, the next day, I spoke to a manager and it turns out they did have a fan (although it was partially broken, it helped a lot but why did I have to ask thee people over two days before getting it); 2) I asked that the housekeeping staff put my complimentary bottled water in the fridge instead of leaving it warm on the counter, and that they not turn off the A/C since it takes hours for it to cool off the room, was assured this would be done, but came back after my first day out and none of the requests were honored (why say you will do something and then not follow through, this is worse than refusing in the first place?), after complaining vociferously, the next day they were able to honor my requests; 3) both phones in my room did not work properly and had to be replaced, they also did not work like most normal phones and there were no instructions for how to operate them. 4) All the power outlets near the bed were already in use for the phone, etc., nowhere to plug in my CPAP machine.
