Hotel was great but Hotels.com sucks !!!
The stay was good but the booking process with hotels.com was bad. My card was charged but I did not receive any confirmation. On calling the customer helpdesk they said they cant help. I booked again with hotels.com so for one night stay was charged twice on my card for one night. After reaching the hotel , I was told Breakfast was not included whereas my voucher showed that it did. Booking experience sucks and so does the fulfillment - I will summarize Hotels .com with just one word - PATHETIC !!!!!

I was there for a short business trip.. the hotel is clean, very practical and food is good too. The best is that I could avoid traffic since my work was close to the hotel.

Not great start but managed to redeem it.
Arrived at 1:30 am to be asked to move to another hotel due to electrical issues in the hotel. Having established that there was a room available I am unsure why such a request was made at that time. The hotel offered was 30 minutes away and I had booked this hotel given its proximity to my meetings. In any case the staff were subsequently very apologetic for the misunderstanding.

Breakfast Buffet is fabulous!! No drawers for storing underwear, etc. Decent internet connection, but LAN cable wrapped up tightly with cable ties, so it was too short to connect on my laptop LAN port. No self-service printout capability for boarding passes, etc. Very clumsy arrangement - e-mail docs to duty manager, who can then print them at the front desk. Drivers for local and Mysore touring were only that - drivers, but not knowledgeable tour guides. Better to go with an actual tour provider.

Location chosen because it was a business trip and this was close to my office, traffic is as horrendous as people say, so the location was great. People were very friendly and helpful, room was good. Overall would definitely recommend if the location is good for you.

Property has a lot of potential, and the food is good. But unfortunately, I experienced many issues with the physical plant and staff responsiveness: 1) A/c totally inadequate - it was cooler outside than in my room, even with the A/C on maximum (the thermostat is right below the cool air vent, which doesn't help matters), and the fan is not nearly powerful enough to distribute the cool air to the room); 1b) I asked for a portable fan and two different employees told me they did not have a fan, the next day, I spoke to a manager and it turns out they did have a fan (although it was partially broken, it helped a lot but why did I have to ask thee people over two days before getting it); 2) I asked that the housekeeping staff put my complimentary bottled water in the fridge instead of leaving it warm on the counter, and that they not turn off the A/C since it takes hours for it to cool off the room, was assured this would be done, but came back after my first day out and none of the requests were honored (why say you will do something and then not follow through, this is worse than refusing in the first place?), after complaining vociferously, the next day they were able to honor my requests; 3) both phones in my room did not work properly and had to be replaced, they also did not work like most normal phones and there were no instructions for how to operate them. 4) All the power outlets near the bed were already in use for the phone, etc., nowhere to plug in my CPAP machine.

Best Hotel in India
I stay at this hotel every month and in my humble opinion it is the best hotel I’ve stayed at inside or outside India. The facilities are excellent but what sets it apart is the staff. They are genuinely helpful and are always looking to make you’re stay as good as it possibly can be. I have stayed with all the major international chains where many of the staff treat you as if you should be grateful you are staying at a posh hotel but these guys really do seem to care that you have a pleasant experience when you stay at their property. I can’t rate this place and their staff highly enough.

Overall it was an okay experience. The lightening in the room was really poor....probably meant to be subdued but just not practical for the business traveler who needs to look okay! No mirror to allow you to see how you are drying your hair...big "no no" for ladies! Otherwise pleasant stay

Nice hotel that requires some improvement
I am pretty impressed with the cleanness as well as the variety of choices on the complementary breakfast. Most of the stuff are excellent at welcoming as well as serving me. They also surprised me a happy birth day cake. That was very hilarious. The one thing that shocked me to the core at the breakfast dinning hall was the waiter who welcomed me and pointed me to a seat. He somehow didn't want me to sit on the main dinning area though plenty of room were available. He rather guided me to an annexed dinning area which is basically not cozy. He understood that he made a mistake and he tried to correct but then the damage has already been done. That was a very bad experience for me that I didn't anticipate coming. Because of this terrible experience, I am not sure if I have to recommend this awesome hotel.

Modern well appointed hotel but the thing that sets this hotel apart from the rest is the staff. They are very attentive and can't do enough for you. If you visiting Bangalore I strongly recommend you give this great hotel a try.

Simply the best hotel in India
This is not a small hotel but it never ceases to amaze me how attentive and friendly the staff are at this hotel. I only stay here once a month usually for only one night but I am always greeted by name before I introduce myself or show my passport and they are always looking to serve me. I thouroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bangalore.

Good business hotel
Staff at this hotel at superb, friendly, helpful and non-intrusive. Food is extremely high quality and plentiful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is the constant noise) especially at night which robbed me of sleep meaning I only slept 2 hours on the first and last night of my stay. The busy location means the roadside noise is 24:7 and whilst it is fine during most of the day if you need total quiet to sleep this does create a tension. I changed rooms to what I hoped would be quieter but there was no change. Good quality double glazing on all windows would resolve the noise issue. The location is great if you don't want to go into central Bangalore - if you do then it is pretty far. Other than these 2 issues the hotel cannot be faulted and offers excellent value for money. I would stay there again during business days.

Fantastic Bahgalore Hotel
I stay at the Aloft for one or two nights every month and it never disappoints. The facilities are first class as is the atmosphere and you won't find better more helpful or friendly staff in any hotel in the world. I wish there was an Aloft hotel in every city I visit.

Was on business trip, with major focus on Cisco. The hotel was perfect for location - next door to Cisco! What a pleasure to walk to you room from the job, rather than staying in Bangalor endless traffic! Besides, the hotel was just perfect - attitude of staff, size of rooms, pleasant design, free water bottles, rich breakfast. Will definitely stay here next time.

Very comfortable business hotel
I stayed in this hotel for 4 days in early April 2016. I found my room to be very comfortable, and the food excellent in variety and quality. The rooms were cheap compared to US standards, expensive for India.

Nice hotel for business (only two companies)
The hotel was quite nice and clean considering the location. However, the food choice was not robust and the buffet menu is the same everyday for the money. The location is not so much interesting as it is just stone throw away from the business complex (no retail shops). It is not so much hotel problem, but taking taxi from this hotel is very difficult unless you make reservation at least 4-5 hours ago. If you don't mind paying lot more, the hotel provides transportation services.
