Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. They provided me useful info which made my stay and my days in Valencia more comfortable. Breakfast was superb.

The roon was not big but good enough. It was really clean, smelled very good and the sheets was very comfortable and soft. I really recommend it. The only thing was not very good it was i little far from downtown.

A real Gen
So I booked this hotel because it was relatively cheap and close to the Grand Prix circuit for Motogp. The surrounding area is quite run down and it’s not in the city centre, so to be honest I wasn’t expecting much. But on arrival I found the hotel nicely decorated, well maintained and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke really good English

Good place for a short stay during Las Fallas
We stayed at this hotel during Las Fallas Festival. It was in a suburb just outside the CBD, and the hotel was within walking distance (5mins) to the train station. The CBD was one train stop away. We found it better to stay in Benetusser than the CBD during the festival because it was less noisy during the day & night (although you will still hear firecrackers going off). The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The wifi worked very well.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, deja mucho que desear, le sobra alguna. Viaje en pareja y me encuentro con una habitación de la serie "Cuéntame" , eso sí, amplia y con 4 camas individuales. Así que, aunque teníamos el fin de semana pagado, Llegamos, vimos y nos fuimos....

No me parece un hotel de 4 *, por otra parte pese a ver reservado con mucha antelación este hotel y a ver reservado un tipo de habitación no se respeto en ningún momento. Simplemente evitaré este alojamiento en futuras visitas a Valencia

Que te den el mando en recepción al hacer el checking no me había ocurrido antes, para que luego ese mando no funcione. La limpieza muy justita y el desayuno también justo. En definitiva aceptable.

Pésimo hotel, seguramente no un 4 estrellas, mas bien un 2. Check-in lento y poco eficiente, habitación decadente con olor a tabaco a pesar de ser no fumadores, mesa de trabajo sin luz, cama individual pequeña, paredes con pésima insonorización, falta de nevera con imposibilidad de guardar medicamentos que necesitan frío, desayuno regular.

Bien. Muy bonito y buena atención. La comida (menú) y el parking un poco caros. La habitación muy bonita y muy cómoda, lástima que tuviera bañera y no ducha. (somos personas mayores), y no tuviera bidé. El WiFi muy lento... Estos problemillas son debido a nuestra movilidad. La gente joven no los tendrá. Por todo lo demás, muy agradable.

L'hotel si trova ad una sola fermata di treno da Valencia. La mia stanza era confortevole ed ampia, con bagno privato grande e con vasca da bagno. Pulizia giornaliera e personale disponibile. Ho avuto solo un piccolo problema con la chiave della mia stanza che era difettosa, altrimenti tutto perfetto. Lo consiglio.
