"Hotel is more than century old, it’s not what picture shows. For Indians visiting it’s fine for foreigners it is not up to the standards specially the bathroom. Unfortunately this is the best in Nainital. Under the circumstances being very old the hotel needs total renovation. Service, food and certain amenities were good."
