"We had a wonderful stay at Maldron Hotel Belfast. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained, with all the facilities in good working order. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was very convenient for getting around the city.
A special thank you to Marcus at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, warm, and funny. When we were trying to check in using the self-service machine and it wasn’t working properly, Marcus stepped in right away and helped us complete the check-in smoothly. His thoughtful service made a big difference after a tiring journey, and he genuinely improved our impression of Belfast as a whole.
