"The room was not properly cleaned. Trash in baskets. Drawers had gunk. Carpet had crumbs. I didn’t take off my shoes. AC unit didn’t cool the bedroom. Was very dumpy. I will never stay at sonesta again. Very overpriced, dirty and run down."
