I’ll break my review into 1/10 vs 8/10 1/10 - When we arrived to your deluxe 2 bedroom, we noticed the air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms. We notified the man, who appeared to be the manager. He said that I had the balancing door open so it didn’t feel like the air was working. I told him there was not balancy in that room. "Terrible lack of service from both reception and housekeeping. Resort is generally very tired and needs updating/refurbishment. Food is average at best and in our group of 4 all 4 of us had stomach difficulties. Alcoholic drinks are watered down. They charge you for wifi and it barely works. They also charge you to use the safe in the room. Beach is very average compared to others in the local area. Very difficult to find any positives. "
