"Absolutely wonderful so pleased I found The Old Piggery, with only 8 rooms it was quaint and personal, very comfy bed, so convenient parking right outside. Great Breakfast, would 100% stay there again!"

"No breakfast buffet, limited options. Room and hotel was clean and room services daily. Comfortable and will stay again once the works have finished. Pleasant enough for the price. Dumped stuff in the car park area."

"The staff are fantastic ,friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the rooms are well maintained and clean. Our only problem was the pillows are very soft and there was no information if you could get extra pillows."

"Chose The Old Mill on a last minute booking as attending conference in Milton Keynes and was cheapest available... what a find! Staff (& locals) very welcoming, especially Kirsty. Didn’t realise it was so rural but very welcome after gruelling drive from Sussex and hectic two days studying. Sat in beer garden and heard.... nothing (except lonely owl). No street lights but watched half a dozen bats flitting about. Very relaxing and within easy drive to MK. Looked like tourist attractions also...

"I really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel was clean and tidy. It took a few minutes to be served at the bar at times but eventually I got served. My only problem was I booked a double room for myself, but the ed was 2 singles joined together. I understand why they do this but I could feel the gap in between the 2 beds and it felt like I was rolling into it all night. Other than the bed a great place to stay"

"I arrived late by arrangement and had a little difficulty finding the place at 1 am. The night manager was brilliant and welcoming - a trait I’ve encountered both times I’ve checked in late. Room amazing, spotless and comfortable with brew facilities. Well done all!"

"I booked for a night and was then sent an email saying that the bar and restaurant were closed, when I tried to cancel I was told it was non refundable and that they didn’t advertise the bar."

"Very basic accommodation, ensuite was a little cramped. Breakfast and service was very good so value for money."

"Unfortunately I Had to ring reception at 1.30 am because we were woken up by a drunk man shouting and trying to sing in a room above us. Reception sorted it out promptly."
