Thanks for everything
First of all the owner was friendly and attentive. He met me, gave me the key and explained everything. The apartment was in a good location, there was a shopping center, shops, restaurants and cafes around. And most importantly the apartment was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything.

Let's go to Batumi
I liked the apartment and its location, it is almost in the center of the city. Everything is around. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable

I will back
My next visit to Batumi is better and better. Apartment with sea view, with balcony and with everything in room. It is good place to stay for one night and one month.

Was good stay. Very comfrtable room. With amaizing sea view. I enjoy to much. Apartment is very clean and modern. In new building. 24 front desk. Arrange free parking. Has option of the tours exkursion. Apartment has free wifi TV kithcen frodge washing machine electic oven.

Host is so good person offered free transfer , we had a car and allowed us for free parking.. explained about city area .. apartment is so cute with sea view, liked it will come back again

Described as king and queen. There was no king and no linens for the sofa bed. We had to sleep with close. Outlet in the bathroom was hanging out electricity exposed. Faucet was broken with sharp glass edges. Room smelled like cigarets even though we specifically looked for non smoking room.

It was short stay but i like to much. Near the beach . Very good sea view, from balcony nice to sea the blak sea. Near is many restaurants many good entertainment. Amd bulvar. Good apartment good location in the new bulvar.

Very good stay nice location nice owner. Good place. Very comfortable apartment. 8wner meet on the 9lace gave us the cards of the room. Expain everything. Apartment has it self all necessary equipment. Fridge,washing machine, microwave, electric cattle, electric owen. Iron , hair dryer. I strongly recommend.

Room is extremely attractive. The guy dealt was not responsible at all, not all helpfull and seems he is providing it for free. Location shown in the booking was wrong and we had to search around for right place

Nice owner. good stay it was was not fisrt time to stay in this hotel i enjoyed to much. Free parking place. Good condition of the room. Very clean apartment nice sea view . Washing mashin, fridge micro wave . Electric cattle. All equipment what you need for cooking stuff. I recommend to much was best sea view.

Basic apartments
These apartments are often renovated and rented out by the owner so each unit can be very different in terms of quality/decor etc. They are not luxury but basic apartments. I did like my stay as it was more spacious than a hotel, had a washing machine if needed, secure wifi, kitchenette-though limitted dishes-and a great price. The owner in this case gave me a card for the lift (so I did not have to pay each time). Apartment was nice and warm on a sunny day (I did not see any heating system and this can be an issue in winter). There was air conditioners in each room. Totally recommend for anyone needing to stay in the area for longer. The property is in a pretty good location. Hallway had a moldy wall-the owner there obviously did not make repairs after a leak. Quality can vary greatly flat to flat.

Good stay clean apartment i enjoyed to much. Best stay amaizing view. Hotel arrange free transfer from the airioort. Manage the tour around batumj. All equoment in the apartment .
