Check in was easy, the room spacious and clean. The room next to us had a noisy dog, that the staff offered to remediate. I declined the offer and the dog quieted on its own very shortly after.

The shower!!! I loved it. The room was clean and just a little dated but that doesn’t matter. And the front desk girl was extremely nice! Great AC too.

AC sounded like a rocket taking off periodically. No kleenex? Toiletries were jumbo, immovable bottles, make sure you know is which before you take your glasses off. Definitely needs updating! Only half of the electrical outlets worked and they were over crowded.

I had supposed to have a nonsmoking room. The hotel insisted it was smoking, and when I attempted to change it wanted to charge me another $30. When I went to take a shower this morning, there was a dirty washcloth in the shower and when I put bath mat on floor, there was dirty footprint

It was a little sketchy pulling up and the people around the parking lot. Also, they charged me an additional $20 for my small dog which was not advertised.
The staff were friendly but when we got to our room there was a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain, a plastic bag in the chair and a tissue in the peek hole along with soda and water left in the fridge

The breakfast was well above average for this type of hotel, the bed was comfy and the lady at the check in was very helpful. After that the review goes down hill. The property is very poorly maintained, everything looks old. Our smoke free room smelled of smoke.

We booked our rooms and pre paid and were charged the full amount. When we arrived after a 14 hour drive, we see that the front door was locked, we rang the bell many times and waited and after a while a hotel staff came and let us know that they were fully booked and did not have rooms for us! We stood with all of our luggage and waited a while as she said she will try and then went away. Ultimately we did not get any rooms! The explanation was that people who booked before us got the rooms. Why would they take our money for the rooms if they didn't have the rooms. We had to scramble and find last moment more expensive rooms!

A very commercial area just off the interstate--several gas stations and fast food adjacent to the hotel. Facility is dated but adequate, clean.

The place is fine for the money. The breakfast was good. The room lighting and furniture are worn out and need to be replaced. There was also a musty smell upon entering the room.

We had a suite that was nice. The room was not cleaned well. There were open crackers on the floor. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom from the previous guests.
Being able to park in front of our room was nice.

The lobby was classy but the rooms we outdated. The mattress was saggy. Individual soaps were not provided. Large containers of soap and shampoo were provided which will be used for the next occupants. That can’t be sanitary.

The hotel is tired. Dirty outside unless you like cigarette butts. If you have a pet stay at a Red Roof Inn, get the same room and save the 20.00 pet fee.

It a good stay especially I appreciate that they have pet dre rooms, the room was comfortable, but outdated need cosmetic fix like tiles to be re grouted and new lamps and fixtures.
