I would call the room clean, but the basic level of clean. It almost had a small tinge of urine smell when one first walked in. No bedbugs, no roaches though. Parking lot and outside of building was in major need of a refresh. Super rundown compared to the hotels next door. A good place if you’re only staying a night or two though.

Arrived @ 4 pm and check in took @ twenty minutes. the man helping me was unsure if my room was ready. I had prepaided. The first room I was given was not even finished. I said I would be leaving tomorow and I would like next day refunded. Again he disappeared for 10 minutes and came back and gave me a new room that was acceptable. I would not stay there again.

The hot water situation was really bad. It ran out very quickly which made the jet tub very difficult to use. The room was around 55 degrees when we arrived. The fitness center was unusable. The room was taped in plastic with freezing cold air blowing around. It was probably 40 degrees in there. Wouldn’t stay again.

Excellent place with list of amazing things, Breakfast, location, parking space, comfy beds, nice and spacious room with so much peace at night and yes cleanliness standard was above the expectations in this kind of rate. The hotel smells amazing and the owner and manager are amazing people and very compassionate. I appreciate them more than i could explain here.

In Batavia i have stayed more than 5 hotels howsoever this was one of the best place i have stayed in Batavia. As a guest i always look for comfort, space, location, breakfast, cleaning, peaceful, 24 hours coffee, customer service and and person who comes to your room everyday just to check everything is alright or anything you need. Don't forget to visit this place if you are around the area. Perfect!!

Value was excellent. Property is a little run down and however our room was very clean and comfortable. The property appears to have many long term stays who seem to hoard continental breakfast supplies so slim pickings for overnight guests.

Decent roo,m at a decent price.
Like many others, I had thought that I was booking a Fairfield Marriott. I should have known that the very low price meant something else. Breakfast was bare-bones, but the room was actually pretty decent. There is no elevator, but the staff managed to find me a room on the first floor, since stairs are an issue for me. There are a lot of long-term residents there. For families it might be a bit sketchy. For a single traveler, who just wants a good might's sleep that doesn't break the budget, it was fine.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in well past midnight and she was pleasant and bright eyed. In the morning I realized I'd forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste which she was able to provide. It was an excellent experience overall. Thank you!

Great value for the price!
Needed a room for 2 nights in the area and based on the price and good reviews we have it a shot. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was ready when we got there. The room was clean and the AC worked very well; shower had good pressure and hot water. The bed was nice. A little wear and tear in the wallpaper but nothing concerning. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because we had other plans already but it looked good and stocked well. Would recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable, clean and friendly place to sleep.

Walking into the main floor we noticed the uncleanliness of the area. After checking in around 4pm we could hear footsteps and furniture moving above us, this continued all night long. After 3 complaints to the desk about the noise nothing was done. We were told it could be the cleaning staff. Quiet time was supposed to start at 8pm, but obviously nobody cares about it there. The room didn't look like it was vacuumed, hair and fuzz balls in the bed, between the sheets. The bathroom ceiling looked like a leak happened at some point and it was cobbed together and looked like it would fall at some point. No table or stand, the microwave and fridge were just sitting on the floor. The bed had a stiff board like in the middle, so it would push you to the side instead of being able to sprawl out. No discount or refund even offered. Morning staff didn't care that we had issues and complaints. We will never return to this place, never. Probably the worst stay we have ever had, and we have stayed at some shady places in the past. Pay the extra money and go to a high quality hotel.
