Spacious room, very clean hotel with friendly staff. Bar are was quiet however we were there off season. Breakfast was very good. The free bike hire was an excellent service.

The hotel is located on a quiet street about 20 mins walk from the bus station. The hotel is very nicely decorated. There was a lake view from our room but broken by buildings between the hotel and the lake. Breakfast was the same each morning but there was plenty to choose from so you wouldn't need to have the same thing twice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great friendly hotel
We just returned from a great week in Lale Garda. Hotel Ventaglio was lovely very comfortable. Breakfast excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will be returning again.

Disappointing
This was the most expensive hotel in our trip and we picked Ventaglio for the lake view and some luxury. First off, the hotel had no working air conditioning. The night porter advised that in the height of summer the motor which the air conditioning ran off wasn't sufficient for the number of rooms in the hotel, rendering it useless across the hotel. The staff had resorted to giving our fans to appease the guests. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. One pillow each, no additional pillows available and it was two singles pushed together so halfway through the night you found a gapping hole had appeared between you and your partner. The worst part was when we made a complaint to Expedia regarding the hotel, the hotel had the cheek to lie to Expedia and advise the air-conditioning was in full working order. Our room temperature was above 25 degrees. I would not recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel ist einfach nur Top!!! Sehr freundliches Personal ein super Frühstück und für die Fahrräder gibt es eine Garagen die abgeschlossen wird.Und genügend Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!

Das Hotel kann ich nur Empfehlen. Das einzige was ich zu Beanstanden habe ist dass die Schallisolierung zum Nachbarzimmer zu wünschen übrig lies. Wir kommen jedoch wieder da das Hotel sonst toll ist.

Nettes Boutique Hotel
Wir waren das erste mal zu Gast im Ventaglio. Ich habe es auf Grund der Größe und der nett gestalteten Zimmer gebucht und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und individuell, haben eine gute Größe und einen schönen Balkon. Auch die öffentlichen Bereiche sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücks war auch sehr gut. Parkplätze direkt gegenüber vom Hotel vorhanden. Ruhige Lage, nur leider sehr hellhörige Zimmer, was bei lauten Nachbarn nicht super ist. Zu Fuß ca. 20 min bis ins Zentrum von Bardolino. Schöner Spaziergang entlang des Sees.

Altstadt von Bardolino zu Fuß entlang der Promenade in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Durch den kostenlosen Fahrradverleih sind andere Städte und Strände sehr gut erreichbar. Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels ist sehr gut. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut und Zimmer sind sauber. Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer ohne Balkon und würden ein Zimmer mit Balkon empfehlen.

Superfint hotell för både familj och par
Jättefint hotell som troligen haft fyra stjärnor om de hade haft en egen restaurang. Fina rum, bra frukost och lagom stort för att kännas mysigt och genuint. En bit in till Bardolino, men fin promenad längs med Gardasjön. Bästa doppet i sjön togs vid Cisanino, även bästa pizzan på Waikiki Beach bar. Åkte med två barn, sju och tio år.
