This is Novotel international hotel and I wasn’t expecting the dirty entrance with cigarettes ashes, cigaret’s filters, candies and screaming children all over the hotel!!! I give this property 2- 3 stars!

Great stay! Excellent food right at the property. Good bar plenty for kids to do during a short stay. Very clean. Rooms were small (by American standards) but very comfortable mattresses and great water pressure! Would stay again

We stayed 2 nights after our cruise and service was excellent. Greeted upon arrival and able to safely store our luggage until our rooms were ready. Comfortable clean room that faced the pool. I liked that there was no carpet in the hotel rooms. Beautiful property and taxi stop right outside the front. Sat outside by the pool with a glass of wine in the evening under twinkling lights. Beautiful setting. A fantastic shopping mall is a 20 minute walk down the street with an assortment of restaurants. Stores closed Sundays but restaurants are open. A convenience store across the street. A wonderful place to stay to unwind and relax before heading home from a cruise. Highly recommend!

The hotel was fine but very run-down and the area around is very poor with limited transport options to the centre. The staff were quite rude when we ordered room service, I have never seen such terrible food arrive that was supposed to be patatas bravas & croquettas for €26! It was inedible and the staff tried to convince us the potatoes were blue & not burnt and still did not offer us any better alternative. Save your money and stay elsewhere!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Not a very inviting reception, 2 staff members sitting at a table in the lounge, can be difficult to know they are even staff. We also weren't made aware that during our stay the pool would be closed due to maintenance, this facility was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Other than that it was good

We needed a place to crash before an early flight. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Very colorful, service was excellent, and the food from the restaurant was outstanding. Rooms were clean and there were lots of families with children having a great time.

The staff were really nice and very helpful even though there was a little bit of a language barrier, the room was very nice and spacious and overall clean, services were very good. Would recommend to come with family.

Exceptional customer services
The staff are always helpful in all the parts of services. We did enjoy staying and recommend. We are certainly considering using the same hotel next time we visit Barcelona. The locations is good, we hired a car, so, free parking and easy route accesses around. Not far from the airport and beaches. Nearby there’s nice local small tapas bars, there’s a shopping centre nearby and play area for kids nearby. Well recommended for family.

BEST EXPERIENCE.
Best experience ever with my two 7 year old boys , Super special thanks to Manuel at the reception for he and his male colleague were ever so helpful, it was a delight to stay at the hotel. Breakfast was THE BEST. Huge variety to chose from. Highly recommend the hotel, train station is about 10 mins walk however very easy access from there to the city centre . Hotel is in a nice peaceful area. No drunken dramas in or around the hotel. Very safe for families .

Excellent location near airport and train station
We love this hotel. It is located near both the airport and the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean and I love that there is a bathtub! The vibe is fun and relaxed and the food in the restaurant is quite good. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is our “go-to” airport hotel now when traveling out of Barcelona.

Close to the airport, 10-15mins ride by taxi but it’s around 25 euro one way so keep that in mind. Other hotels nearby offer a free shuttle but we decided to stay in this one because of the amenities and how it looked. Unfortunately, while it is a very nice hotel, the restaurant closes early and there is no bar and no food anywhere in the property or around there past 10pm. The room and common areas are a bit smaller than they look in pictures, but overall it’s nice and it was good for one night. Wouldn’t recommend if it’s your first time in Barcelona since it’s far from all the attractions and the lively area of the city.

This is a very nice hotel that is clean, modern and friendly. The staff go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Cleaning is top notch. The metro station at Almeda is a 7 min walk away through a safe area and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is good value. The rooms are large and well appointed.

It's a nice hotel but it is not close to the underground or subway. I booked the rooms for 3 people but somehow there were 2 names in the list for each room. The first day we arrived, the front desk told us he had to charge one extra person which did not make sense to me since the rooms were for 3 people.

Very nice business stay :)
Very nice stay. Hotel is overall great. Location is worse - Highway, so you cant hear anything when open window. Swimming pool was closed - but yea, November, bu I would use it for a sport with combination with "poor" fitness. Compare to the price I was happy and sattisfied :)

Think twice before you make a booking.
No hot water in the shower. The shower door in room 207 cannot be closed once insde the shower cubicle. It is a terrible design. No easy access to Metro. Bar prices are astronomical.
