We stayed for a 10 person Hen Party, was great to be all in one apartment. Location was brilliant right in the centre, rooftop pool & terrace was stunning, would defo recommend.

Convenient but not hospitable
This property is conveniently located at University Plaza. It is not as busy and crowded as the Catalunya Plaza but still get the convenience of being in the center of cafes, bakery, restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is clean and bright but the sofas were sagging. We contact them by Whatsapp and the response time at normal hours is good. However, there is no way to store luggage at this location, they asked the guest to bring their luggages to their office which is 10 min walk away and it is only open during office hours. Early check in requires a handsome sum. We requested check in at noon and they asked for $100 (Our reservation was for 4 nights). They limit the time of hot water in the shower to 3-5 minutes. We feel rushed in the shower, and why do we need to be rushed when we are on vacation? I do not feel the host or the company very hospitable. They only leave cleaning products in the apartment, not even a coffee pod or tea bag or a bottle of water for the guest. The kitchen is equipped but there is no simple condiments like salt or pepper in the apartment. The cons of the location is that the apartment is on a busy street where there is traffic throughout the day. We were on the 5th floor, one side of our apartment is facing the busy street, and with the double pane window closed (we visited during winter), we can still hear the traffic. Some of us had to sleep with ear plugs.

We also offer the alternative for all our clients to store their luggage in our main office from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. The staff at enjoy bcn are amazing very very responsive to any questions at all times. We only stayed 1 night and with the location being central it was quite noisy into the early hours which is to be expected considering the location.

We stayed 4 nights with a family of 5. We had adjoining rooms which worked out perfect. The charm of this hotel, built half way into rock was unbeatable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the laundry service which was done quickly. It is walking distance to old Nice and very close to the beach. Pool area was very nice, along with the restaurant. WiFi was a bit spotty but other then that, we would highly recommend and come back next time!

Not a safe place at all, zero managment engagemen
The last night of our stay, Friday night, there was a raging party in an apartment one floor below us. Pounding music, screaming totally out of control until 1:30 am. The elevator and lobby was covered with feathers and debris next morning. We were terrified and honestly afraid to knock on the door or do anything. We reported to managment who confirmed there was an issue, stated the occupants disconnected the noise monitors that would have detected noise above the legal limit and the night person who circulates did not get to our building due to another urgent situation. Management’s response is that I didn’t call and alert them when the party was happening. Managment clearly doesn’t get how afraid someone from another country can be in this kind of situation. Aside from this unfortunate situation know that you are on a very loud street and square with traffic all night long. Also know that like my daughter, who’s pocket book was stolen in the restaurant that is next to the apartment along with her passport and factually, 5 other travelers had theirs stolen the same day in the square according to the police, your safety appears not to be a concern of the managment of this apartment. When and if you have an issue you must report it immediately and hope they respond timely. For us, we now realize the risks and will be renting from hotels that have on site security and systems in place. You would think that managment would try to make it right, not a chance

Not to mention that in addition to the phone and whatsapp, you can quickly contact us through the Expedia messaging system and by email.As you can see, there are many ways to contact us, although we don't know why you didn't have it or didn't find it.In addition, our rules are very explicit to all our guests regarding these issues, and we try very hard to enforce them, although unfortunately, we can't always know that there will be some uncivil guest who will break them and disturb the other neighbors.We also have a noise detection system inside the apartments (although unfortunately the guests deactivated it and we did not receive any warning about it, which makes it impossible for us to do our job of detecting problems).As you can see, we have an infrastructure that shows that we are for our customers 24/7 hours and with all types of communication technology so that our customers who are in apartments always have our attention. We are not a hotel and we can not give the same services as these, but we strive to be always with our customers.On the part of the guests, the obligations and responsibilities are to comply with our rules, not to disturb, to behave civically and to know how to contact us in case of need. Obligations for which we cannot be held responsible.Unfortunately, last night you had to experience the bad behavior of other people and we are very sorry for that. The property is large and well kept. It is within easy distance of the majority of sights in Barcelona. It is however on a very noisy road - like most places in Barcelona. The photo of the pool is misleading as it is not large but the view on the roof is great

Great apartment in central Barcelona w. an amazing rooftop pool and lounge area and a great view. Accommodates 8 people easily - but 6 would be ideal as the pull out couch shows some signs of ageing. 3 bedrooms, 2 shower-washrooms and a full kitchen. Great wi-fi. Great location. The hosting company staff is friendly and available via WhatsApp. They arranged early checkin for us on very short notice. Also, we could leave our luggage at their office on checkout day before heading back for our evening flight. Would recommend and would use them again if coming back to Barcelona.

Apartment was perfect for a group of 9, and the pool on the roof was a huge bonus. We were able to pre-order groceries as well, and all the questions we had were answered very quickly. And the location could not have been better - everything was walkable. It was a fantastic stay - the EnjoyBCN staff are amazing.

Didn’t disappoint
Location is great, team helped as we needed extra adapter, overall apt was great but sofa needs definite updating this was the point that changed from excellent rating to pleasing … close to eateries, restaurants

Das Appartment ist perfekt gelegen - 10 Minuten zu Fuss zur Rambla und die Metrostation direkt vor dem Haus. Innert kurzer Zeit ist man mit der Metro an allen sehenswerten Orten. Das Quartier selbst bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber, die Betten bequem. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Blick über die Dächer von Barcelona und eignet sich ideal für die Erholung zwischendurch oder einen Aperitif am Abend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und steht immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Einfaches Check-in und Check-out. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Lejlighed med god placering
God placering tæt på Det gotiske kvarter ud til en plads, så der lidt udsigt og frit ud til lejligheden. Ingen larm. En meget lille pool, men skøn tag terrasse med adgang til kl 22. Værelserne var minimale, de var trænge, dårlig luft, dårlige senge, hovedpuder og dyner. Indtjekning var bøvlet (digital, som ikke var kommet frem), ingen reception eller rengøring under opholdet.

The pool might be a bit small but take into account that it is an old building and a rooftop pool and due to the weight it can't be bigger than that but still, it does its job.
