Old & nothing works. One person checks you in and puts a sign up that he is helping customers when he is driving people to the airport. Most ridiculous thing ive ever seen

Terrible service. No transportation from airport even though i requested it in my reservation. Room phones didnt work. No continental breakfast just breakfast in a box. Not one piece of equipment in gum worked. The worst hotel ive ever stayed at!!

Property was very rundown and dirty . Homeless and sketchy looking people just hanging around hotel. Limited dining in area.

Who plays from the outside looked great until you walk into the rooms which has the sheets. That’s the noise felt uncomfortable and unsecure.

I left and got another hotel. I traveled solo and was concerned about my safety. My room door did not close properly, and was slightly broken (allowing anyone to break in with sufficient force.) Staff was nice, but it is a sketchy place.

An OK Stay for a Quick Overnight
Had to make a quick reservation in the BWI area due to a winter storm (that fizzled) to be sure we could be in the area Saturday morning if indeed it had snowed as much as they called for. There is no breakfast. It's a grab-n-go box with a bagel, 2 small muffins, Sunny D and a yogurt. Hotel is advertised as 100% smoke free. Had to go to the drug store early Saturday morning and the second floor hallway reeked of smoke......The room was comfortable and clean. There are improvements they can make.....like no smoking in the hallways. Smoke smelled like a skunk.....

I would avoid.
Absolutely filthy. Trash stinking like rotting fish and overflowing in the hallways. Was there when we checked in and there when we checked out. So gross. Run down and badly needs some TLC. Missing carpet in areas, chipping paint, a hole in the elevator wall. Check in was a hassle bc they gave us a room with one bed and I paid for two. Noisy guests above us late at night. Just not a pleasant experience.

The non smoking room we booked smelled of smoke odor, the toilet had mold around inside, the tub was stopped up unable to drain. Once manager moved us to a new room it was a little better but the tub was still a issue not draining

This is a no frills hotel. Yes it was clean and conveniently located. They also offer airport transportation. However. The in room coffee machine didn’t work. The in room fridge never got cold enough in the 48 hours I was there. The microwave did work! They do have an ice machine, but it doesn’t work. They do have a a beverage vending machine, but that didn’t work. But, the room was clean and customer service was very good. The free breakfast was a bagel, yogurt, muffins and a sunny d. If you’re ok with the lack of ice or vending machine it’s worth the risk

Clean room and comfortable The front desk day and night were so kind and they even have a 24 hour shuttle to the BWI airport. They even made special arrangements for me to get my room. The staff is amazing

The hotel claims they are non-smoking but everything smells like cigarette smoke, especially in the rooms, elevator, and lobby. The place is generally run down and dirty. The auto doors were broken (we had to awkwardly slide them), there was graffiti on the walls, and the “renovation” of the rooms was only half done; leaving the carpet with paint stains, fixtures not working, and outlets painted over. The rooms do not match the photos in Expedia. There was no breakfast or working ice makers, even though the listing on Expedia said there would be. My stay included 4 people. Me, my wife, and our kids (both under 3). Our room only had one pillow and one towel. I went to the lobby and I was told that they did not have any extra pillows or towels to give me. This hotel is not family friendly and I recommend not staying here with kids. This was my first time staying at a Wyndham and I will not be staying at another one.

There were cockroaches in the hallway and it smelled like death. It was dingy and dirty. Unfortunately we are not able to get our money back, which is ridiculous, because the place was filthy and not fit for sleeping!

NEVER AGAIN
This hotel should be inspected by the state. The linen is beige instead of white. The front desk is unable to help with anything. I requested an iron and he could not help with that because THE iron was in the housekeeper’s closet. The bathtub had pieces of plaster in several spots instead of replacing the tub.

The property looks nothing like the photos. The room was rundown and dirty. Stains on the sheets and furniture that's falling apart. The bathroom was atrocious. Immediately after checking in, I checked out and went somewhere else. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone

After two days I turned in two towels and requested replacements (my door had the (DND) sign on it. The housekeeper did not replace the towels as I was leaving stating the towels were being “washed “ and none were placed in the room by my return. I requested towels from the desk clerk but she told me she “couldn’t.” My room phone never worked for my entire 4 day stay.
