The room was clean. There is breakfast every morning from 6am-10am. It does not have a great amount of variety of food but enough to choose from. However, the area is not so safe. Plus two nights there was people arguing very loudly in the hall.

The area surrounding the hotel is very seedy and unsafe. The side access door to get to the elevators is also the smoke deck area so to get through there we had to go through a battery of smokers. Our room was OK except the tub faucet constantly ran, not dripped, but ran to the point where I had to wrap a full size towel around it to muffle the sound so we could sleep. The pictures on the website makes it look like it’s this great awesome place but in reality, it is not that.

Lower end hotel. Floors were sticky in the rooms on the carpet. Breakfast was very limited choices and amount available. Hard to get into the hotel being on a one way road. U turns needed each time you exited or entered.

The room doors do not close properly. It is a bit unnerving. I put a blockage against the door as a safety precaution. Also, the residents are propping the outside security doors open while smoking.

If you love the fragrance of pot/weed and nicotine stay here! Staff was friendly at check in and the lobby was clean and inviting. But, as soon as my family of four entered the hallway to get to the elevator that distinct smell of smoke from marijuana and nicotine punched us in the nose. The smell continued into our room on the third floor. We turned on the A/C unit to circulate the air in the room and that made it slightly more tolerable. Although listed as a non-smoking room it was anything but. Wish we could have opened a window to let fresh air in. My five year old complained of a head ache going to bed that night. My husband travels for business and this was his worst experience. It was after 10:00pm when we checked in and we were only staying one night to stop over, so we tolerated it, but La Quinta on Gov. Richie Highway just didn't appeal to our life style and we won't be coming back. It is a smokers paradise and close to Panera, Denny's, and other fast food chains.

Overall it was not bad. It was obvious the building was old and needed some updates and some care. The staff was excellent. Very kind, friendly answered questions provided extra towels at when needed, etc. The bathroom in our room the light was rusted and the water wasn't very hot. The room was cleaned or the bed was clean actually. But the walls needed a coat of paint

The room was nice and clean. But there was no chair so that one could sit at the table and write or work and no clock in the room. When I called the front desk to let them know, this is the response that I got, "Ok, we won't charge you for that." Not what I was looking for. And when I checked out, I asked for a receipt. I was told that they would e-mail me one. I'm still waiting.

Washer and dryer are broken they literally only have 1 of each on the top floor when I went to the front desk they advised me I could walk to a laundry mat with my 3 children on a main hey, gym is broke and by gym I mean every single exercise equipment they have. Staff is BEYOND RUDE

Mostly, this is a nice property, but this checkin there was only ONE cart to put luggage on. I also tried to mark other in the last question to talk about this. It did not work. Loved the choice of Dove products for bath. Hated breakfast options last stay because they were overly carb oriented and what protiens they presented were completely dried tasteless scrambled eggs and dried tasteless sausaged patties. One of three nights stays they served link sausages which had a nice taste, but the other two days, I passed on breakfast there.

We had a few mishaps when we first got there had to switch out rooms 3 times before going back to the room we really liked . I must say the the manager was so very helpful and nice and martha the guest relations girl at the front desk was sooo very helpful and nice. They property is aware of the noise on the first floor with the slamming of the doors because of people going in and out smoking but the good thing is... at least they didnt smoke in rooms i will say the breakfast buffet not fresh at all . And around the eating area was very dirty , other than that the motel personnel were great . They accommodated us whole heartedly and thats why i woukd go back because the staff people are fantastic!!

Rooms were not cleaned, bed sheets and towels exchanged but there were pee stains in the bottom edges of the corners in the bathroom, and the air vents had dust bunnies that were doing dive bombs on us the whole stay. Reeked of weed in and out of building. The staffing was very nice and polite, breakfast tasted like breakfast, over all it's a SOLID 2 star hotel.

I dont recommend this hotel
I do not recommend this hotel all the pictures on the site are false room 403 i could smell smoke coming from the bathroom vent the curtsins were fallen down rust was on the sling mirror doors in the tub area on the handles on the dressers the water in the shower would not get hot the lil breakfast that they had was horrible the first day i stayed they might as well have sent you to Dennys across the street the carpet was smelly the chair on the room was peeling, this is more of a truckers stop people hanging outside the hotel smoking with their night clothes, there was a yellow safty cone holding the secured door open anyone could come in to hotel tv channels suck the price they are charging is to high for that hotel

Hopefully, next time will be better.
Our stay was fine. The only negatives thing I will have to add was that the heating conditioner makes a lot of noises in the hallway. I stood on the top floor. Maybe it's just that floor. I stood here before & had a good experience but wasn't happy with my staythis time around.
