"Lovely hotel, clean, excellent housekeeping. My only issue was where to find ice machine. The signage on the 7th floor showed 701-714 was ice and vending...however that was someone's room, no ice machine. The following day I asked the young lady at the desk where was the ice machines. She asked me what floor I was on I said I was in 721 she stated there were ice machines on the 7th floor on the side where the high room numbers were..no there were no ice machines...there was a room with no door that was empty but no ice machines. When I went back downstairs.. she informed me that there were ice machines on 7th floor maybe the door was closed...??? and I could go ask for some ice at the lounge. I decided to go to 7-11 and get some ice. I don't know if she was new, if not how do you not know where the ice machines are..."
"The room was nice. The photos online are definitely edited as every picture is online. The room was dingy and dark. Noticed a couple stains on the bed skirt and dust/pet hair in the chairs. Bathroom was nice. Overall it was nice. Only stayed one night and it was manageable."
"I have been to this motel over 5 times and it’s always affordable and clean. I will drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way because I know I can expect a clean room."
"I’ve stayed here many times and each time the staff is always pleasant, property maintains a high level of cleanliness, bar tenders are knowledgeable of drink orders, and rooms are always spacious and with well designed wall art. It is also a family friendly hotel. Directly across the street from the harbor fun! And a small distance from treatments for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply fast food."
"The Hyatt is a very nice reasonable priced hotel in Little Italy and only a half a mile from the Inner Harbor. So you can have the valet park your vehicle (for only $39, which is a very cheap valet rate in Baltimore), and walk to the Inner Harbor. The beds were very comfy and the queen room was nice and big with a sofa bed that had an extra sectional piece to it. The staff was extremely nice and professional and ensured we had a nice stay. The only drawback was the pool. You have to "reserve" it for your allotted time and it was small and cloudy, so we didn't use the pool, otherwise it was a very nice stay in Baltimore."
"Did not need parking, but breakfast was great and the service was excellent... didn't mind paying for toys when other places offer it as complimentary. "

"After taking the shower, the bathtub was not draining. Call the front desk first time and she did not offer any assistance and she said they were sold out. Waited a few minutes to see whether the bathtub was draining."
