Love this hotel. It iscáveis from the beach, beautiful view from the pool area, great pools, spa, jacuzzi, area for massage, bar, good bed and showers. Place is clean, easy to access to shopping , beach and restaurants. 👍

This hotel does not have a good wifi , I think the worst wifi I’ve experienced in last many years of my travelling , the rooms are old and I think I was not given the room I booked , the room was not 237 sq Imagine the whole hotel only have 1 electric water kettle , if you want to heat the water then you have to go to the ground floor in the mothers room … the good thing about this hotel is there restaurant and the pleasing staff there and the location

O hotel muito bem localizado,quarto limpo,café da manhã excelente.Atendimento bom, porém não foi avisado que iria ter uma ceia na virada do ano, e no dia 31 quando perguntei ao hotel fui informado que estava lotado. Tirando isso tudo ok, voltarei com certeza.

Breakfast is very poor at a cost. Bed was very conformable and lovely see views from our balcony. Carpark fees was a bit of a rip off.

Located at by far the best location in BC. Attractions will require transport, but still not too far. Only complain is that amenities are almost non-existing, considering the fact that it's an expensive hotel.

Horrible Experience
They charged me an additional $35 because I stayed with one person (my girlfriend). That has never happened on any hotel I ever stayed. The staff member was very eager to charge me, I did not feel welcome, I felt she card about money first and then properly welcoming the client. After I payed that fee, instead of giving us a proper room with a double bed, they simply joined 2 single beds, which was uncomfortable. I ended up paying over $100 for a stay in a tiny room with an awful view and an uncomfortable bed. I will never stay on that hotel again. For that price, I expected at least a nice double bed to sleep properly.

Great hotel for foreign travellers
We loved our stay at the Mercure. We are Americans that spoke very little Portuguese but found it very easy to communicate with the staff for any help we may have needed. The hotel was very affordable, centrally located and had great pools and breakfast.

Good choice overall
Location was very good. Overall good stay. With one exception the staff was exceptional. Room not bad but I never found any way to adjust the temperature other than open or close a window. Bathroom was roomy enough and the shower was exceptional. Bathroom sink area lighting could be better. I would probably stay there again if am the area.

Best front desk service personnel
This hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants/bars. The hotel is pretty clean and I like the ocean view. The front desk personnel are very helpful in assisting with emergency things that come up and they speak several different languages. I highly recommend this hotel.

Mercure Camboriu Hotel is great hotel, is located in a strategic location in Camboriu, Customer service are very friendly and helpful. room is very clean and usually have a best view.

This hotel is a Mercure standard, well located and just in front of the beach. I was on business so could not use all facilities, but looks it has nice features such as heated and standard swimming pools, gym, etc.

A experiência foi ótima! A localização do hotel é imbatível, os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, e a oferta de bicicletas para passeios é um diferencial adorável. No entanto, houve alguns pontos que deixaram a desejar: a limpeza do quarto e do banheiro não foi tão meticulosa quanto esperávamos, o ar-condicionado não permitiu o controle da temperatura desejada, o guarda-roupa no nosso quarto era pequeno não comportando todas as bagagens, e as almofadas que estavam sobre a cama transmitia um odor perturbador.
