"This is a very beautiful historical property. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was on top of making sure the room was clean along with water, tea, and coffee stocked daily. Bicky is amazing at taking care of the room and makes sure everything is perfect when he cleans the room. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again for future visits to Kolkata."

"The staff here are super helpful and the hotel is in a great location for sightseeing (walkable to the Victoria Memorial and Mother Theresa House, short taxi to the train station ). Lovely outside restaurant and bar. Decir a bit dated but you can’t fault the staff or the location."
