"We had problems with the air conditioning and they couldn’t fix it for a couple of days, we had to move to another room later in the evening the next day and then the next room had a leaky shower, the bar and restaurant staff were exceptional, everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was really good, parking was close but not included. However, the bar only served Bud draft and a Thai draft beer. I was at the VERY LEAST expecting to be served with a local Scottish beer — huge bummer! The Mercure Hotel is located in the middle town, a one minute walk to Victoria Market— huge plus!"
