guests of the hotel come second to any events that are going on. If there is an “event” function. Not a problem if it is dry and you can walk somewhere else but in pouring rain can not get a drink in games room or something to eat. when asking get told “No. Event on” Poor service to guests and no communication.

Rooms clean n comfortable but beginning to look tired. Time for an upgrade. Need to limit number of pool/beach towels issued to patrons as on several days inconvenienced as none available- some visitors using multiple towels to save spots around pool n beach lounges

Property was not central to much but in saying that some people might like it. Right next door to the shopping centre. Don’t have breakfast there it is cold everything not even hot coffee.. staff are rude in the breakfast restaurant. Asked for an omelette got a scrambled egg. Asked again for an omelette with to alto cheese bacon onion. Got a plain intellects

Inna is getting old now, but still one of our favourites, it’s on the beach. Room was large , towels should be replaced. The bar area was not great, No fans . They took away loungers for a function and never put them back so only hard bar stools. Location is fantastic and we will be back in March 2024. Staff are friendly and very attentive.

After 16 wonderful days in Bali we arrived at Inna Sindhi & we were very disappointed with the hotel. Even though it was only $70/night that was the most expensive hotel we stayed in & it was the worst. The pool area was just Ok & it was so warm, no way it was refreshing……..it was by far the “ hottest “ pool we experienced. The included Buffet Breakfast was appalling, even the Tea & Coffee were undrinkable. I didn’t get one mosquito bite until arriving at the Inna Sindhu & was eaten alive ( I’m pedantic about lighting a mossie coil on my balcony & covering myself in repellent at 4pm everyday but I think I was getting bitten during the day. Also didn’t like the area we couldn’t leave the hotel without being literally accosted by the women from the adjoining market stalls. The beach out the front was very ordinary. We travel extensively throughout Asia regularly & I rarely write a bad review but no way I could recommend this hotel

We last stayed 5years ago. The hotel shows little maintenance and is need of a major update. The grounds have suffered through Covid, but are coming good, The hotel grounds have been divided with a School , which was no problem. It is obvious they are making efforts to improve and starting with clean "WHITE' bedding and towels would be a good start. Breakfast was not to varied but very acceptable with the beach as your backdrop.

The hotel itself is in need of some TLC and the photos do not show this however, the staff were excellent, food at the hotel was great especially having the beach side restaurant, the rooms clean although our shower smelt like they were using bore water and the flow was non existent. Do not make out mistake and leave a massage until the last day, the reflexology masseurs attached to the hotel are the best.

A nice place but don't order a taxi!
I booked this last minute and was pleasantly surprised. It is right on the beach, a great spot. The rooms are large and okay, somewhat dated but they do what you need them to. The pool is nice. The staff are (mostly (see below)) nice and helpful. The restaurant is under used and is not busy, after eating there a couple of times I found this was because the food is not very good. It is very basic. They could do with a better chef and better advertising. Cons! The night before I left I ordered a taxi to go to my next hotel and was told 200idr. When I checked out the same lady told me it was actually 300idr. As I was ready to go I said okay. I then watched as the receptionist gave the taxi driver 200idr and kept the rest for herself. I understand her taking a % but a third is outrageously greedy and I'm disgusted that I've had to pay this much - 33% - just to order a taxi! As relaxed as my stay was this totally ruined my overall impression of the place.

Excellent position, shops, restaurants and bars plentiful with easy access. This property is tired and old and needs a facelift. The only food we ate was eggs for breakfast as we watched them being cooked, bacon straight from kitchen and toast we cooked ourselves.

A great bali experience
This hotel has a lot of seniors staying here, which we didn't mind because we are almost seniors. The beach is fantastic, great for swimming or surfing. Sand is course but beach is clean. Loved the pool and easy access to the beach. We rented E-bikes for an hour and it was so much fun. There is a great walking/biking path that goes for 7 kms one way and 3 kms the other way from the hotel. It is the only flat unobstructed unbroken sidewalk I experienced in bali. The vendors on the beach were excessively persistent. Lots of restaurants nearby at reasonable price. This is an older hotel but has a lot of Bali charm. The doors don't have an airtight close so there are a few small bugs that get into the room and hang on the curtains and towels. The beds are hard. In spite of the cons, it was a great stay and I would definitely return to the hotel (with a 3" memory foam mattress topper!).

Nice hotel in top location
The location is amazing, definitely the best thing about the hotel. You’re right on the beach with many bars/restaurants/shops etc nearby. The grounds of the hotel are very nice and the pool is nice. Service was very friendly and helpful if you asked for anything The sun rises on the beach outside make sure you get up to see it at least once !

A really nice hotel in beautiful grounds in the most perfect location right on the beach in Sanur. Staff were lovely and super helpful. My only very minor criticism is that the shower could have been better. That said I fully understand it has been a very difficult 3 years for hoteliers in Bali so really difficult to invest in renovations until business gets back to normal.

The property is definitely in need of refurbishment. Since reopening it appears nothing has been carried out to rejuvinate this property. Sadly we will not return after staying here on a number of occasions

This hotel is in the best location. The satff are all very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are extremely tired and ran down. Sheets and towels discoloured. Very hard beds. Which were often missing a top sheet. Tiny amounts of toilet paper provided. Like everywhere in Bali, some selfish people put their towels by the pool on lounges and return hours later. Hotels need to put a stop to this. The hotel restaurant and bar area lacks any atmosphere. We only had buffet breakfast the first morning, and it was not very good. We went to Luthus each morning for a fabulous and cheap breakfast. I feel for the staff that are trying their best. Unless the rooms are renovated, we will not be returning here.

IT is in a wonderful location, very little maintenance carried out,bed is very hard, pillows brown, considering that this is government training hotel I would expect more,staff where wonderful, The seller's around the market's where so pushy, going to The beach became a problem,some beggars on the beach,still love Bali

We like the closeness to the beach and the staff are very helpful. A few mornings the lighters that kept the food warm went out , when we advised the staff they lite them up again.

Reasonably Priced, Clean, Great Location!
Extremely clean room, helpful and friendly staff, and a beautiful view of the beach. Pool was very clean as were the public areas. Before booking the trip, we read reviews of the place needing to be renovated, and I agree. The rooms do need to be upgraded a bit, but this is not a major concern. If they renovated the place, they would probably charge more for a room. We paid under $100 per night - very reasonable for the location!! I would definitely go back to Inna Sindhu in the future and recommend it to others. My family and I are strictly vegetarian, and unfortunately there was no vegetarian food on the menu. We ended up eating at the restaurant next door to Inna Sindhu because there were a lot of vegetarian options there instead!

Love that it’s so close to the beach. You can have breakfast with a view of the beach almost with your toes in the sand. Love that you don’t have to walk for ages to get anywhere in the hotel because it’s not a high rise . The staff are very friendly, the pool is lovely and the gardens are well maintained. The rooms are clean . Aircon cold and the room fridge has plenty of room to keep you awn things in. The bathroom is dated and plumbing a bit temperamental but one phone call and they come and fix any problems. We’ve stayed three times . Love the location. Breakfast is ok if you . The staff are a bit tunnel vision when it comes to catching their eye for coffee and I would love it if I could get a soft fried egg that was cooked on top ! But that seems the way in a lot of places . Love that it close to restaurants and the beach path is just there. Don’t bother with the in-house spa. I tried it and never again . Not what you expected in a hotel! ☹️ . Will definitely stay next time. The Bintang is cold and the bar staff are great. Hotel food is okish but you have lots of cafes everywhere so it’s no problem 😉

The property and rooms were dated, the facilities were dirty, and the service was practically non-existent. I was definitely left underwhelmed when I checked out.
