The property was beautiful, quiet if you were away from the pools. The pools were absolutely spectacular and so warm and enjoyable. Staff were absolutely amazing and always so accommodating, my mother got hurt and the staff all came out with first aide kit and fixed her up, it was so nice. It was locating in a street with heaps of food and places to shop and only 25 minutes to the airport. The only downside was the internet was so slow it took forever to load anything and you could not watch movies or YouTube etc.

Given the rate, its value for money. A bathroom renovation is needed. Lack of hand rails in bath area is a problem if you fall. Stepping out of bath/shower onto floor is too big a step for an older person. Toilet paper is poor quality. Follow up at front desk to check our airport pickup was missed by the person who said he would check. My wife was overcharged/not properly informed of the price for a haircut. They refused to take any blame at all although my wife was probably not perfect in understanding the currency either

The hotel is clean convenient to everything breakfast is very nice and staff are so polite..The only down side was the pool was warm and if you stay in a pool access room or a room near the fat buddha restaurant the noise is relentlessly from the pool bar and bands etc playing till 1am..

Had a great time. I booked a pool access room which was nice but was close to the restaurant so noisy at night and in the morning. I am in my early 50s so asked to be moved to a different room. The Baleka were amazing and put me in a better room which I will definitely book again. I will choose the Lagoon Pool access.

Hotal is fine, Bali is a dirty place, Buddah Bar where you have a very basic breakfast is a very noisy place in the evening, almost kaotic. Many Australians love this place we dont and wont be returning anywhere near Bali. Its a very cheap place but as usual you get what you pay for.

The Baleka is traditional Balinese accommodation. Rooms are clean and comfortable and is located close to the beach, shops and local restaurants. The only negative we could find was the breakfast each morning was limited, no variation and the same each morning. Otherwise well recommended.

Baleka resort for first stay in Bali 👌
Enjoyed my stay at Baleka in a deluxe pool access room..a bit on the older side and could do with some refreshing..towels often discoloured. The room was a good size with extra daybed/table area at the front. Very good aircon. Room service meals and drinks from Fat Buddha bar..no extra charge. Morning latte delivered to room was a real treat ☕️. Paid extra for daily buffet breakfast..unfortunately they didn’t mix up the choices much..very limited on fruit options and the ‘juices’ were cordial. Lovely to have the daily clean and water bottles left each day. Bar fridge but no mini bar stock. Overall enjoyed the stay with close proximity to other family, pool, shopping and restaurant/bars. No spa services on site.

We had four nights at Beleka and absolutely loved it. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.
The restaurant attached to Beleka, which is independently owned, not by Beleka could do with some improvement.

Booked into baleka for 10 nights with my daughter and 2 granddaughters, we originally got 2 adjoining rooms upstairs, but after a few days changed into the pool access ones as more fun for the kids, both were nice rooms, very clean, towels changed etc. my daughter had a bit of an issue with her shower. i had trouble with my tv which they promptly replaced with a brand new one. only thing i could actually complain about is the breakfast, whilst ample, it was actually the same menu the whole 10 days. bit boring.

I have stayed at many hotels around the world & never experienced this, nether do like leaving negative reviews. We booked poolside room which unfortunately was situated next to a extremely noisy restaurant bar which continued sometimes after midnight. Complained & fortunately we were changed to a room near reception. Breakfast ok, cold coffee everyday, I think they want you to purchase coffee from the machine.

Lovely atmosphere but really needs updating. Towels & linen often had stains & towels threadbare. Pool towels never changed. But for the price could not complain too much

The room we had was right above the bar it was noisy. The service at fat buddha was slow and the food was vey average no service at the swim up bar. Would pass on booking a room again.

During the pandemic things have changed around Legian and the local authority has given the official statement to allow all the music at Bar & Restaurants until 11:30pm, therefore for your future stay, we would like to suggest you to book your room in Lagoon Pool Area. Air con wasn’t cold,,, rooms are run down, broken curtains,, very noisy, I could hear everyone coming home,,, only stayed 1 night then booked a better place. Wouldn’t recommend at all

My room was upstairs facing a row of rooms directly across, so there was no privacy - kept the curtains drawn.
I enjoyed my previous stay at the Baleka where I had a room overlooking the pool

The room had everything that I needed for my short stay in Legian. All the staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome.

Very good value hotel in a great location in Legian. The staff were very friendly. I stayed in a Deluxe room which was very spacious and had everything I needed. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We always stay at the Baleka, and although there was a couple of issues this trip, it wasn’t anything too serious. We still think it is pretty good value for money.
