Beautiful Rooms.. Services can be improved
Hotel rooms were good with small kitchenette especially the family room. Good view. Clean. Multiple TVs and seating area. Good bathrooms. Earlier room cleaning by noon would be better. Gym equipment need an upgrade. Hotel was kind to make an evening social for guests with snacks and drinks. No strong hotel policy on guests making excessive noise / music all night. No standard services like bell boy to help with luggage outside normal working hours!

lovely heart of the city stay
Amazing experience at the heart of the city. The only complaint was that the air conditioning was turned off.

Good Service
The service from the reception guys are awesome, but the service from the cleaning ladies is not that good. The hotel is near Nizami 28 mall and near a shopping center. Very good breakfast.

Nice hotel in Baku
Great hotel in great area! The only two negetive things are the gym (old stuff and half broken) and the cleaning hours (about 4 p.m - when u come back to the hotel and want to rest)

the suits of hotel should have different rooms according to world standard suits ..this issue of this hotel do not have all room are do not have privacy and the prices is very high for this suit rooms.

Good room and aminties. No much attraction places neraby except mall 28..no Beakfast was not bad but needs more stuff tobe added... i think it is good for short visit .

Everything was good, specially the staff. I would suggest if more options could be added to the breakfast menu, increase the time limit for breakfast and also if the room service menu could also be enhanced.

Great Value
The Staybridge was really excellent. The location right by the May 28 Metro stop couldn't be more convenient, the service was top-notch, the breakfast offerings were great, and the room was comfy and clean. Highly recommended.

لا انصح فيه احد
تم تغيير نوعية الغرفة اللتي حجزتها بسبب ان كل الغرف محجوزه ولا يوجد شاغر وايضا أخبروني بأنهم سوف يحضرون لي سيارة خاصة لنقلي للمطار وحين كان موعد ذهابي للمطار أخبروني انه لا يوجد سيارة وانتي يجب أن أذهب مع تاكسي من الشارع

Für Stadtbesichtigungen liegt das Hotel wirklich gut. Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt es zahlreich in der Umgebung, auch die U-Bahn-Station ist gleich um die Ecke. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker. Der Hoteltransfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück klappte hervorragend. Kostenlose Hotelparkplätze gibt es direkt vorm Hoteleingang. In den unteren Zimmer ist die Straßenverkehr deutlich hörbar. In den Zimmern unterhalb des Frühstückraums (Raum-Nr. 409-411) bekommt man alles mit, wenn sich dort Gäste etwas lauter unterhalten (was teilweise bis spät in die Nacht passierte). Evtl. ist das auch in den Zimmern 609-611 über dem Frühstücksraum der Fall. Die Klimaanlage kühlte nur sehr wenig, was im Winter zwar nicht unbedingt erforderlich ist, aber wenn die Sonne reinschien heizte sich der Raum trotz Vorhängen extrem auf. Aber unabhängig dieser Punkte würden wir das Hotel in jedem Fall empfehlen!

Bien ubicado cerca del centro de Baku y del metro. El problema es que el colchón estaba dado como una U, muy incomodo, y las almohadas demasiado grandes. El desayuno justito y si quieres cafe decente es con cargo adicional. El servicio correcto.

Очень хороший отель. Интересный дизайн, у каждого номера индивидуальная планировка. Персонал приветливый, особенно понравилась администратор Сабина. В отличие от отвратительных завтраков в других отелях Баку, здесь вкусно.

Шикарный апартотель
Жд вокзал и автобус в аэропорт в шаговой доступности. Виды из окон шикарные, есть открывающаяся фрамуга (для тех, кому нужен свежий воздух). Огромное пространство в номере, полноценная кухня, включая посудомойку. Завтрак на 5 этаже на 5 баллов из 5: три вида горячего: омлет, сосиски и картофель с пряностями. Интернет достойный. Останавливался в Баку и в 5-звездниках, но здесь понравилось больше.
