We had booked this place from 10th - 14th Oct 18, thinking we would get a room attached with a balcony (as the same was shown on the pictures for the costlier room). However, we got a room on the ground floor. If you are a late riser, please avoid staying in the ground floor rooms which are next to the dining area. The daily chatter from travellers during the breakfast hours is bound to wake you up early (it's unbearable, especially if you have had a late night). We also had plumbing and leakage issues in the washroom on the day we arrived but they were solved by the next day. The in room dining is terrible. The hotel has a non-existent menu during the dinner hours and it's best to go out and eat. On the last day, they ordered food for us from a nearby restaurant which was okay. I think it's better if the hotel follows this kind of setup and discontinues its own menu.
The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are not. However, the location is great (500-600 mtrs from Baga/ Calangute) but it's preferable to rent a vehicle as finding a taxi is a pain in Goa as such.
