This Hotel is not meant for business travel. The room had no iron or iron board, I was told by the hotel that I have to go to their laundry dept where an iron would be available. Also the shower head was in middle of bathtub, however no proper water protection for bathroom. Word of advice, if booking is made via Expedia, the hotel is not the friendliest or helpful as they casually say "you booked via Expedia, so we cannot help with your booking". Sad as the hotel seemed very nice and friendly on paper.

Lovely hotel
Very clean hotel. They checked us in when we arrived early. Quiet and calm stay. Lovely authentic breakfast and relaxing bar to have a drink in before going to bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shower in the room was amazing. Hotel is in a great location to explore Baden from with the tiwn only a 2 min walk away and a goregeous park next door.

Disappointing
We were on a long trip in Austria during which we stayed at 4 different hotels at the same price range as this one. all of them were great except this one. The room smelled moldy and its design was spartan with old furniture. we cracked open the window for 5 minutes and tons of bugs came in. the spa is basically just one sauna. In addition, for this price range i would expect more amenities in the room, specifically these were lacking: * No mini fridge * No electric kettle * No power sockets next to the bed * They provided soap and conditioner for 1 person even though the room was booked for 2 The breakfast was good and the shower was nice. The staff was kind.

We loved the At the Park Hotel! Wonderful location in Baden close to the center of town. We could walk from the train station. The room was fabulous - clean, spacious, and modern. The staff were all great - answered any questions, helped us out and were pleasant. The breakfast was great!! No need for lunch with all the choices there were for the breakfast! Location is on the edge of a park- looking out our balcony, we had a great view of the park. All in all, in a return visit to Baden, we will definitely stay here!

Pleasant and attractively furnished 70s style retro rooms. Could do with tea/coffee making facilities and a minibar. Excellent location next to the town's spa park.

Very Nice Hotel right on Kur Park in Baden. Great Location. Had a great breakfast. Hotel was very quiet at night. Best part was the staff - all I encountered were so professional, friendly and helpful.

No air conditioning in all the rooms, particularly unhappy with the air in the shower room which has very bad condensation smell. The room rate is overly priced for this old style hotel. No modern accessories in the room, like USB power supply, self adjusted air system. Vanity sink is not deep enough, water easily dripped onto the floor when washing.

Great realxing getaway!
Our room was clean, modern and amazingly comfortable. It is right next to the Casino & Park which are just beautiful and amazing. The room also had it's own balcony which is great especially if you just want to sit outside, relax and enjoy a bottle of bubbly. Whole hotel is very well maintained and professional in all aspects. I'll definitely will come again!

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Right next to a beautiful park. The room was clean and breakfast buffet is excellent. It's a good value. Parking on site is €9. If you book in the summer time, make sure you get a room with air conditioning, as not all rooms have AC.

Great place, very very friendly staff - good breakfast. Very clean. The hotel is next to a casino. There is a decent gym and a good sauna/spa in the hotel. Overall - can highly recommend a stay here!

This is a great hotel right in the heart of Baden. The room was a little larger than average for Europe, and it had a nice balcony overlooking the park. I thought the bed was a little too firm, and the pillows were difficult to sleep on. Breakfast was great and every member of the staff was friendly and helpful.

The stuff was friendly. Breakfast is awesome. Quiet and calm hotel at the center of Baden. On your left The Franz Shubert Institute, you can almost hear all kind of Opera rehearsals from your balcony and the casino Baden few feets away. Recommended !

Beautiful hotel, quite new with modern facilities. On the edge of a glorious park with lovely bar & restaurant opening onto the park. Well placed on the edge of the old town & walking distance to everything. Good size rooms even though bathroom was small, very good value. Staff helpfull

Überall am Hotel hängen zwar Infoblätter bzgl. Schaben , das es aus dem Wäldern kommt und kein Ungeziefer ist aber es ist nicht sehr nett zusehen, das ein Schabe auf dem Kopfkissen rumspaziert.. leider war es für mich nicht hygienisch.

Türen auch ins Hotel. Es ist natürlich nicht für jedermanns Sache, jedoch gehören auch solche Tiere zu einem guten Ökosystem.Wir bedauern sehr, dass dies für Sie ein so großer Störfaktor ist und wir Sie nicht mit anderen Qualitäten überzeugen konnten.
