"We loved the authentic feel of this hotel. It was quaint and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom was tiny and lacked counter space. There was no place to store our clothes other than the closet with 6 hangers. We were there for five nights. It would be perfect for a short visit. It is close to shopping, restaurants and the beautiful library. We enjoyed our stay very much and made it fine regardless of lack of space. I might add the view from our room was nice as well."
"Whilst the proximity to the airport is a plus, the hotel itself is severely lacking in amenities, supportive staff and overall maintenance. A last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and a long weary day, no shuttle (despite calling the hotel 4 times only to go to voicemail), no F&B offering apart from old salad from the vending fridge, dilapidated bathroom with no amenities or nice touches one would expect from the Hilton chain. Thankfully the bed was comfy, although I was rudely awoken by housekeeping despite requesting, and paying for a late checkout and having DND in my door."
"In a good neighborhood with easy access to downtown. Climate control was a bit wonky; found it difficult to set the temperature at the tight level (either too cold or a bit warm)"
