This is one of the best properties I have stayed at. Excellent breakfast, wonderful dinner ( large quality portions )and very good wine. Wait staff attentive etc. One the edge of a smaller town and walkable into town and also a wonderful country side. Great value - and I am a cynical traveler:)

BIG DISAPPOINTMEMT!!
It was a BIG disappointment!!! This is far from being a 4 star hotel with 9 rating. No elevator, no aircondition, no TV. no saop and shampoo. Curtains do not prevent light early morning. No room service. Should I continue??

Dear Sir,thank you for writing. Our hotel exists over 30 years and we are trying and doing our best everyday, please be fair and dont lie about some points. Of course we have an fan for the hot summer days, we give you one and your colleagues.Our kitchen is working everyday until 10pm.Your arrived at half past 12.We also have 3 elevators in the Hotel, I am sorry that you have been in the building with no elevator...Every our rooms have a TV and is full with soap and shampoo.Best regards

Great service
The hotel is quaint in a picturesque village. The staff was super helpful, as we had a delayed train (3+ hours) and had an incredibly late arrival. They made arrangements for our late arrival so that we did not need to worry. Breakfast was a traditional European spread and amply stocked. The accommodations were wonderful--from towel warming racks in the bathroom to very comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Jewel in Babenhausen
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent resturant ... no need to go into dontown Frankfurt for a good meal. Quaint Germany town setting.

Staff was nice but quality not meet the price leve
Hotel gave me a room which is not cleaned at all, after complaints the reception changed another room but the key card cannot work so I need to run to front desk and ask for a new card. The bed cover is too old due to many laundry 🙁

Wenn Babenhausen, dann das Hotel - hervorragend
Ein wirklich sehr gutes Hotel. Tolles Zimmer und das Frühstück war auch genial. Große Auswahl und alles super lecker und frisch. Gerne beim nächsten dienstlichen Trip wieder. Gerade abends ist es schön beleuchtet. Alles wirklich richtig toll.

Incroyable séjour

Gemütliches Hotel am Stadtrand
Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und hübsch. Die Zimmer sind aufwendig eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat mir das Frühstücksbuffet. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und höflich, die Bedienungen am Abend müssen noch ein bisschen daran arbeiten, hier wünscht man sich auch mal ein Lächeln und mehr Freundlichkeit. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich mich im Raum Frankfurt aufhalte.

Ein Hotel beidem der Gast an 1. Stelle steht.
Ein Hotel bei dem man sich als Gast wohlfühlen kann. Das Personal zuvorkommend, es wird auf die Wünsche des Gastes eingegangen. Frühstück sehr gut, Restaurant sehr gut. Hierhin kommt man gern zurück.

Wie immer Superfreundlich
Das Residenz ist für mich bei Kartveranstaltungen in Schaafheim immer die Nr.1 Große, wenn auch nicht supermoderne Zimmer mit großen Flatscreen und freundlicher Service durch die Inhaberfamilie. Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert, steht aber bin der Auswahl her großen Frühstücksbüffets nichts nach . Auch das Essen und der Service im Restaurant sind sehr gut.
