"Michael and Joyce could not have been more accommodating! As soon as we arrived Joyce made us a cup of tea and made us feel like family in the first 5 minutes. The bedroom was extremely spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to make tea and coffee in the room and enjoy it with the tasty Walker shortbread cookies that were supplied as well. "Beautiful guest house just a couple of minutes from the long sandy beach in Ayr. Fantastic location for walking and just a few minutes to the town center. Our room was pristine, it even had its own small fridge, with a bottle of chilled water and fresh milk. The room also has a microwave. There's a choice of cooked breakfast, which was just perfect. "

The bed was very comfortable to use.and tea and coffee were provided. So close for the racecourse and enjoed wayching the horses being drpped off for the races. Definitely a returning trip to here worthwhile "
