Lovely weekend getaway
The pool area and the easy access to the warm seawater makes Melissi an excellent choice for your holidays. A 10-15 min walk from the main attractions of Ayia Napa.

Ayia Napa offers an incredible vacation destination with exceptionally clean hotel accommodations and rooms. This hotel provides a wide range of amenities for guests to enjoy. The food is delicious, and the beach is pristine and captivating. We had a fantastic time playing volleyball on the beach. Additionally, the staff members are exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist.

My horrible Experience
Parking ... not for residents but for hotel employees... Indoor poll only for spa customers But overall check the following story: We had a request for your Maître d'hotel through a Server (quarson)… he did not give us any respect. Basically he gave us a look and left… and he did not explain to us why or what… It is the first time that i went to hotel and wait the time to pass to leave... Also the try to double charge us for the drinks we had at night... Horrible experience!!!!!!

Great amenities, some of the employees could be nicer (towels). I would expect an all-inclusive stay to cover also a coffee in the pool bar (which I was told I cannot have), a bar in the lobby where I can get coffee or cold drinks and take them to the room, and a daily bottle of water to the room. In other hotels we stayed in, that was the standard. In general, if you're in your room, you don't have anything to drink. In other all-inclusive hotels, the soft drinks in the mini-bar could be taken for free (all-included, right?). Additionally, the pool bar is not opened to the all-inclusive guests at all times, so there were times when our baby was hungry but we were told that we need to wait 20 minutes until we can order, while other non-all-inclusive guests could always order. That gives you the feeling that you're a second priority guest in the hotel, and that the hotel prefers guests that pay cash rather than guests that have already paid for everything in advance. Overall, our stay was great, but there are things that can be done better in the hotel.

Management needs a wake up call
Arrived at 1.00 am for a four day fully paid stay to be told they had overbooked hotel and we had been moved to hotel up the road not on the sea side for duration of our stay. Was unimpressed but as we had no option that night we went to other hotel where we were given a standard room not comparable to superior room we had booked at Melissa Beach and not on the beach side of the road.Went back to Melissa Beach next morning very determined to explain that we were unhappy with the situation. We explained that with internet bookings that have been accepted 3 months in advance this should not happen. We are no longer living in the 70s or 80s where hotels could get away with doing this and putting us up in non comparable hotels. As it turned out through much persistent discussion they found a room but we wondered who they bumped out the next three nights. Towels covering empty pool seats from 8 in the morning are an issue and two slow lifts for the number of guests not enough..

Have stayed here before and loved it. It now has a new manager and small things like getting a bottle of water are no longer part of the all inclusive. They only give 1 room key because they want you to leave a second key in the room to keep the AC on. Really inconvenient when you and your wife must rely on one key. Hotel is full of Russian tourists of which almost all are extremely rude

We had a really nice holiday at the melissi. All of the staff were exceptionally nice , especially Kyriakos at the pool bar. Beautiful part of Cyprus , the beds were typical and a bit uncomfortable.

Disappointed with the poor customer service at this hotel. Management was cold & indifferent. Sunbeds were impossible to find at the pool. Rooms & pool area not well cleaned. Hotel was jam packed with guests & it was impossible to even find a ride in the elevator. Some Hotel rooms have been remodeled & wifi was good. Fancy key pad for entry & exit & light up cupboard but at the end if the day, those are not the memories we will take of the hotel. Rather it's the indifferent & cold staff who found it beneath them to even be civil to hotel guests.

Wunderbares Hotel und sehr empfehlenswert für jedermann. Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer mit einem gemütlichem Bett, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon von welchem man einen Blick aufs Meer, den Pool oder auf die Strasse hat, jenachdem welche Zimmerkategorie man gebucht hat. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war GIGANTISCH! Frühstück meistens dasselbe jedoch eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Am Abend gab es jeweils Themenabende und jedesmal eine riesige Auswahl mit sehr frisch zubereiteten Essen. Riesiges Salatbuffet, gute Dessertauswahl und jedesmal Saisonale Früchte. In den 7 Tagen haben wir immer sehr gut gegessen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine grosse Poolanlage mit einem grossen Hauptpool in dem mehrheitlich Familien mit Kindern drinnen verweilen. Um den Pool herum gibt es jede Menge an qualitativ guten Liegen sowie Sonnenschirme. Dort befindet sich auch die Poolbar wo man von Getränken über Snacks bis hin zu Eiscreme alles bekommen kann. Nebenan gibt es einen etwas kleineren Pool und im unteren Stockwerk ein Pool für Erwachsene ab 16 Jahren. Dort befindet sich die BluBar, eine kleine Bar mit 4-5 Barhockern wo man gemütlich einen Cocktail schlürfen kann. Vom Pool aus gelangt man durch einen kleinen Weg an einen wunderschönen Sandstrand. Die Liegen dort kosten am Tag 2.5 Euro und ein Sonnenschirm dazu auch 2.5 Euro. Wir waren mehrheitlich am Pool und sind dann 3-4 mal am Tag kurz ans Meer.Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, speziell die Mitarbeiter vom Frühstücks- und Abenddienst.

Klassisches Pauschal-Reise-Hotel der entsprechenden Kategorie. Solide und ordentlich mit allem, was man braucht. Buffet&Speiseraum mit dem Charme einer guten Autobahnraststätte. Draußen aber mit Blick aufs Meer und/oder Pool. Zugehörige Taverne bietet leckeres Essen. Entertainment/Musik bis 23:00 in der Bar oberhalb des Pools. Schöner Meerblick. Direkter Strandzugang - allerdings schwierig mit Kinderwagen. Zimmer mit Jacuzzi großzügig gestaltet und gut (an den Ecken) gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nichts für Ruhesuchende. Ort mit Restaurants, Aqua Park, Entertainment, Shops fußläufig.

Struttura molto bella con accesso diretto al mare, vicino al centro di ayia napa ma lontana dal caos.. cibo ottimo, piscina veramente spettacolare. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. La camera spaziosa e pulita aveva una bella vista verso il mare.

Les - : Hospitalité nulle, quasi inexistante. "Ménage" en 5 minutes, des cheveux trouvés dans le lit en arrivant, les draps ne sont pas changé, le produit utilisé pour le sol est glissant et visqueux. Le snack de la piscine est loin d'être un festin. Les : grande piscine avec un coin "adult only" (pas toujours respecté) et l'accès plage.

Sehr schöne Pool-Anlage, wenige Schritte bis zum Meer und herausragendes Essen bei viel Platz auf der Außenterasse. Auch die Corona-Abstände konnten leicht eingehalten werden und es wurde viel desinfiziert. Wir kommen wieder.
