"A lovely backwater stay. Beautiful grounds. We really enjoyed the boat ride. The restaurant was the only disappointment. Despite repeated communication that one person did not want hot food and assurances that they would alter the food, it was still too spicy hot to eat."

"It was unfair of Hotels.com to include such a hotel in its list of hotels. This is a TOTAL DISGRACE! I could not stay in such a rotten place. The entrace to this place as well as the road leading to this surely looked like way to hell. The room looked terrible. There was no way to communicate with ..."
