We liked the location of the property. It was easy to get to and park, and walk to parts of town we wanted to see. We didn’t like that we paid a ridiculous price for breakfast, and 1/2 of the hot dishes were empty and we had to wait a long time for refills. The omelet station was nice, though.

Property has direct access to the jogging/walking/biking trail around Lady Bird lake, and it is an easy stroll across the bride to the main downtown area.

killer view! Nice pool, and the bats were cool as well! The fridge was not functioning, but luckily i didnt have anything to put in there. Very nice hotel would recommend!

Would never stay here again. The staff super crappy attitudes, told to park then realize they charge for parking, lobby bar was worst service I’ve had in over 40 years. Punks and not anywhere near attentive. Super disgusted with this place. Never again! I do not recommend at all!

I have stayed with this property many times over a decade and it is really the best value for the rate. The staff is very friendly and beyond helpful. The property is so clean, convenient, and safe. Very conveniently located in the middle of downtown. Highly recommend!

Worst hotel ever, old and dirty hotel Not worth it to paying this amount of money plus parking charges of $52 for night You can find better deals with this money. Just the view is nice.

A very good experience. Two things I think they can improve: the information they give you in the check in can be more explicit an second put the information about the parking more visible in the page, it’s very expensive $63 per day

Very good Hotel!
Excellent location, next to river, trail, and parks. We stayed in a corner room with river view. Room was clean and conformable. There is a restaurant downstairs. Though most of restaurants are on the other side of the river, they are still in walking distance. Parking was $52 per day that was big addition to our budget. Also, we were unable to watch YouTube from the TV. Basically, we enjoyed the trip to Austin and staying in the Hyatt.

The check in process took 30 minutes because I did not have the reservation number but the room is very clean and the lobby is very nice there is also a Starbucks in the hotel

Little things add up
Overall the stay was fine. There were just little things that were irritating: empty Kleenex box, no towels or paper towel in suites’s kitchen, room service communication was very complicated, the phone in the suite didn’t work unless you spoke on the base speaker, too expensive wine - $20 for a glass is ridiculous, otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
