Good hotel but you charge too much for the breakfast buffet. We stayed at the Hyatt House earlier. It is a similar type hotel with similar rates maybe higher and they included the buffet in the cost of the stay.

Windows don't block any sound. Got woken up by the landscaping crew and we were on the 5th floor. Parking is insanely expensive given the condition of the property, and its inconvenient location. Housekeeping entered our room without knocking at 9:30am, when checkout isn't until noon. Very disrespectful staff.

Disappointed for charge for parking. Price for breakfast. The hotel rooms need updating. My bath room had hole in the wall under the sink. Shower/bathtub the shower head did not have good water pressure. The bathtub above the drain the silver ceil was hanging open and rusty. The staff was very nice

Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not like the process of paying for the parking. Room was pretty but the bathroom needed updating. The bathroom sink cold water faucet leaked at the base. The tub drain was mostly clogged and by the end of the shower, I was standing in water up to my ankles. There were exactly 2 bath towels, two hand towels, and 2 washcloths for the two of us. While we don’t require many towels, I do like an extra set in case we have a spill or need more than one shower.

Check in was quick and easy! Staff was friendly and knew their jobs!! I had an issue with paying to park at the hotel i was already paying to stay at! I've never had to pay to park at a hotel i was a guest at ever!! I was pretty disappointed in the breakfast being something i had to pay $18.95 per person for a buffet that would be considered complimentary at any other hotel I've ever stayed at! To charge $3 for a cup of coffee for a paying guest was beyond ridiculous!

It was close to the area my friends and I were going to be going to. Good for the price and clean . Couldn’t find any ice machines that worked went to all the floors which was a little annoying but it was a good stay overall

I did not like the fact that we booked a room for the night but also had to pay 35 extra to park in the parking lot. Ridiculous most hotels do not charge to park in their lot. We stayed for a concert and they charge becauae the venue charged 65 dollars. Pay over 250 for room and another 35 for parking is too much. Wont stay here again

When i got to the hotel i checked in. I was charged $100 as an "incidental" fee but according to the emails i had received it would be $75 and the email i received also said i would pay $25 plus fees for parking but when i got there it was $30 plus fees. Then theh couldnt give me a key to my room because they were having some issues. So everytime for the first 24hrs i had to get someone to escort me and open our room for us which was really frustrating. Then the app i had to use to pay for parking wasnt working for me and i called the front desk twice and was just told to try it in the morning. The second day i attempted to do laundry and the app that i was supposed to use was not working either. I called the front desk and no one answered so i just left it alone. We use Hilton properties often and this was rhe worse one ever.
