Location was convenient. Manager was very helpful and courteous. My husband was bit by a bed bug while sleeping. We have contacted the property. Carpets need cleaning.

Staff were very kind and attentive. Building is old, outdated and the carpets were stained throughout. The bathroom was rusty, even the bottom of the tub had rust. The key cards never worked. We had to go multiple times to have them redone. The pool is small, but my child enjoyed it. The gym was nice and clean.

Property and room was clean. Really everything was good except when we checked in the staff told us breakfast was available in the morning, didn’t say anything about needing to pay for it. So we got our food and started eating just to have the staff ask for our meal ticket. When we didn’t have one we were informed that breakfast was not included. It cost us more to eat there than at iHop. The food was definitely not worth $40.

Rooms are old and dirty. Property clearly has not been kept up well. My bathroom door didn’t close properly and didn’t lock. The bathroom door also had damage that looked like a burn on it. The air conditioning unit was so loud it sounded like a B52 bomber was taking off in the room. Carpet in the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned in 3 years. Tried to buy a water to drink at night - no vending machines.. went to lobby to purchase and had to be charged to the room.. just an annoyance. Needless to say.. dirty, old, not nice, and will not be back.

The night manager was all by herself and she was very apologetic. Due to computer issues it took 30 minutes to check in. There were kids running around everywhere. Floors were sticky.

Very clean and kind!
The woman who works 3rd shift is especially friendly and helpful! Always has a smile on her face. They’re short staffed here but that doesn’t stop them from giving their customers A WOW experience.
