The room smelled of smoke and mildew though it was a non-smoking room. The floor made my feet black on the bottom. The air conditioner was loud and the temperature knob did not work. The fridge was cold, the bedding and towels were clean. I went to the office at 8:00 to check out and no one was there. No one answered the phone until after 11 am.

The motel was disgusting! There was a terrible odor of like mildew and funk! We had to bleach it down because they do not give refunds, and I can see why! There were dead roaches in the corner and the faucet was coming away from the sink! The people around there look sketchy. I wouldn’t stay here again knowing what I know now.

This is a horrible property it’s nasty dirty not to mention the general manager is rude hateful liar and a thief. So if I was all of u I would stay as far away from the suburban studios
