This place is clean and efficient. The staff was patient, friendly and very helpful. The airport shuttle was the same. Great place to stay before or after your flight into the country.

The shuttle service was prompt and convenient and the people very nice.Tv channel selection is very limited.

I have stayed here a couple of times now. The staff are accommodating and friendly. The premises are perhaps a little tired but it is clean and the beds are comfortable, it is one of the more affordable places in this area. I would stay again.

This was our choice for the last night before our return flight and it is conveniently located close to the airport. Due to the same fact it is not the quietest location, close to some major roadways. However, this is a good location for a first or last night if you don‘t want to drive far.

Airport shuttle was very efficient. Manager went above expectations to get us into a room early as we arrived in Auckland at 6 am.

Clean and comfortable and offers free drop off and pick up from the airport. I have stayed here numerous times but this is the first time they have charged extra for leaving my car there.

Wonderful place to stay if you have an early plane flight. Free shuttle service which is a big bonus. Rooms were adequately supplied and no real issue. Recommended location.

We were looking for an airport location to make it easy to continue to the cruise line the next date. The property was a $40 taxi ride away from the airport. It was suitable as a base to start a motor trip. My issue was with how Expedia described the location, not with the hotel. There was a truck stop eatery nearby which was very nice,

The hotel is conveniently located near the Auckland airport. However the building construction is poor, with no soundproofing from the upstairs unit or from outside road noise. The heavy footsteps of the guest upstairs kept us awake all night, even though we were wearing earplugs. The room was not clean, with smelly old carpet, blood stains and long hair on pillowcases. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Over the 6 weeks of our travel and 18 different hotels in NZ, this hotel was unfortunately the worst.

Their shuttle comes through the airport every 15 minutes, or just call to make sure. Room was perfect, little kitchenette, coffee, etc. No complaints.

Stayed here after flying in to Auckland for a short overnight stay. The airport shuttle was fast and convenient and we used it to go back to the airport the next morning as well. The room was decent, but does show its age. Wifi was great. Our only complaint was that the walls were paper thin making for a not so restful sleep.

The motel was conveniently located close to the airport. The included airport shuttle was excellent. The property was extremely clean and well taken care of. The day time traffic was a little noisy but the nights were quiet. There was very little shopping but Uber helped with that.

Excellent free pick up and drop off service. Friendly office staff. Plenty of eating places around in walking distance. Front units can have some road noise. Back and side ones good. Good value.

Excellent shuttle experience from airport and then to car hire place the next day. Great reception from Solo who really 'went out of his way' (I think that was the gentlemans name) excellent room.

The complimentary transport to & from Auckland International & Domestic Airports was appreciated especially when you're on flights that arrive after midnight. Staff were very accommodating and the room was exactly like the photos on the booking website. The continental breakfast was delicious. Thank you
