This hotel is very nice. Lots of outdoor seating and a very inviting lobby. We rented a mini suite at just a little more cost and was very pleased how spacious it was.

Very Disappointing.
Hotel appears older and in need of renovations. The lobby and area by the elevators had an odor. The room's toilet was backed up and even after maintenance came, the toilet never flushed to go down. Room was ok, but had an older appearance about it. Would not recommend or stay again.

Air conditioner did not work and room was hot and humid. A rain storm came through Auburn and rain started pouring in through the window. Front desk staff said that they couldn’t do anything to help.

I booked two rooms through the hotels.com website. It has a space to put in special requests, which I did. I requested two cribs and adjoining rooms. Since I booked through hotels.com and not the Hilton Honors site, the details were not received by the hotel. It may have been slightly less expensive to book through hotels.com but it created a lot of unnecessary misunderstanding (special requests, traveling with a pet etc.) at check in.

Outside a 4:00 am fire alarm -apparently a faulty sensor- everything was great. Very friendly staff, easy, free parking, clean outdoor pool. All in all a good hotel.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was closed - this was very disappointing since this was a main reason we chose this hotel. Hotel was charging $8 for a breakfast that used to be complimentary

I’ve stayed at this property several times over the last few years. It appears some money needs to be spent on the upkeep. The inside is showing signs of disrepair. Some of the issues I saw in December 2022 are still there.
