Omg the worst place I have ever been in it was so nasty and dirty they even have beg-buts the staff was so disrespectful and I even had to wait outside for over an hour they didn’t even have towels in the bathroom no soap nothing at all ohh and then the heater broke in the middle of the night 😡

Sunset Inn Hotel promised a serene retreat, but the reality was starkly different. The room depicted in the picture bore no resemblance to the actual space; instead of cozy furnishings, lawn furniture greeted guests. Disappointment deepened upon discovering dirty towels and a malfunctioning shower. The experience was nothing short of terrible, and a refund should undoubtedly be issued to rectify the misrepresented accommodations and subpar conditions endured by guests.

When we arrived to the place it was nobody receiving the person. We have to call the number and wait 15 minutes. No extra blanket. The place was dirty and it was not what they advertised. The customer services was disgusting. I won’t not recommend this motel

Sunset Inn is a dump. The staff was rude and not only had I have to pay for the one night, I had to pay an additional 40.00 security deposit IN cash. I did not see that fee coming. I would not let my pet roach or rat stay there. We sprayed the room and the beds with Lysol. Thank goodness I had something to sleep on. The air conditioning did not work. After we checked out, I did get my security deposit back. AFTER THEY CHECKED THE ROOM. Never again. Just stating the facts.

Thought after the a year the place would've been fixed up!!!!! But unfortunately they only did the floors 😢😢😢. The flys are annoying, good thing we had our own towels and linens for the room had NONE 😢 😢 😢 the bed is comfortable.

It was dirty poor conditions then he wanted to charge 30.00 guess for just 2 and 10.00 for parking in a neighborhood not pleasant. That shack look like it was for drug dealing. The pictures you posted was nothing like the place Management was ignorant terribly rude. You told me you would refund me the money that it out. So very disappointed

Outdated, dirty, stains all over sheets and towels. The guy at the desk was so rude, had such an attitude for no reason. I’ll pay the extra to stay at one of the casinos next time.

The air had one setting low. The drawers on the dresser were off track so could not open. The cover had cirgarette burns even though the room was no smoking. The front desk clerk was very dismissive when you would try to ask for something. The wifi didnot workand even though they say the front desk is open untilb12am 11:45pm is more of the answer. There was also dirt stains on the bath mat. Even though the place was in need of an update the the managment could have taken better care of it. It smelled really good when you walked in

worst hotel in atlantic city very disgusting
the hotel is very disgusting when i got there there was residue in the toilet the bathroom i spent 50 dollars on cleaning product so I could use the bathroom and i spent 100 dollars to buy bedding for me to sleep in because everything there is disgusting and crap that place and the smell of cigarettes is very strong. I spent 2 hours cleaning the room so I could sleep and we found bugs everywhere in the room.

It's egregious that a property this terrible would charge so much! The TV didn't work. The rooms were outdated in the 70s. And they charged $10 for parking on top of $350 for a Sat night in the summer, when the location is not even on the beach, let alone within sight of any "sunsets"! Avoid!

There was dry blood all over the mattress, pee stains on the side of the bed, we flipped over the bed to hopefully find a clean side, ended up finding roaches and bugs underneath the mattress! Doesn’t even supply soap to wash the filth of being in such a disgusting room.

Stay away at all costs. Hidden fees. Manager has anger problems - either mental illness or he thinks he's in a higher caste and everyone else is a bug. Bring you own towels if you want a clean one. Bring your own sheets if you don't want to sleep with last person's hairs, despite cleaning fee. Plenty of dirty clothes under bed and in closet from last guest. Bring flip flops so you don't have to touch the garbage on the floor and whatever is stuck there - poop or gum or ?? Problems don't stop there. This hotel not worth any price.
