Parking was in separate garage. You cannot take your luggage by your own to room, need to use hotel's services $. Pool was not open. Overall okay.

Nice location on the boardwalk but don't go down the street. The city is a bit rough around the edges. There was an obvious police presence roght on the boardwalk as well... even vehicles. The staff needs to be trained in customer courtesy, attitudes were terrible. Drop off, unloading and check in was awkward. Our studio room was one of the old ones, dirty stained carpet, uncomfortable mattress, that window thing in the shower with mold on it no kitchen towels or sponge to clean dishes, missing utensils etc. Not our first time here but not sure if we'll be back.

Very poorly run, had three rooms booked for Friday and Saturday. Two rooms were available for check in at the proper time. The third room could not get in until after 7 pm. The desk staff didn't seem interested in helping with this problem,they were just joking around and having a good time.

Don’t expect a nice lobby or stress free check in. Tiny parking area in front of hotel lobby. You need to get a parking pass first, park the car, and then check in. It made sense that they did this to clear out the parking area, but this was not what I expected. Had to wait 45 min after check in time for room to be cleaned. It look like they are short handed as later in the evening I see guests waiting for their rooms in the lobby. If you get an ocean view room, the view is pretty awesome as the property is right off the beach. The windows are huge, maybe 18 feet across. There is a ledge the entire length of the window so you can sit on it right next to the window which was nice. I see other properties in the area offset further back from the beach so I don’t think you can beat this view. The room itself needs upgrading. The porcelain in the tub has a hole. One lamp didn’t work. The TV doesn’t work. The remote control to the TV feels like it hasn’t been wiped down in years. The queen size bed feels small. The awesome view of the ocean is the only real redeeming feature of the property. If you are willing to put up with the other things for the view, you can consider coming here.

We arrived there very late, after the midnight. Never been there before and didn’t know what to expect. Honestly, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty, stinky and scary!!! Avoid it at all costs. Better pay double the price but stay in more reputable places!!! Good luck

It was a nightmare. This is not a resort. How this place has been named like a resort. It was to much money for the quality of this place. The lobby is horrible. The check in, beginning with the parkjng process is absolutely unacceptable And the parking is poor in space , even for one way driving.. i dont recommend it for any reason.

I arrived early & front desk man was very upbeat , nice and checked us in early . Our luggage was swiftly taken up to room and the man was very friendly , smolder as was the front desk . The view from room was the best I’ve had. Room was clean , equipped with all we needed . I loved the big bathroom & jetted tub with plenty of hot water topped it off . 2 nights was not enough . Hated to leave . Everyone that worked there including security where friendliest I’ve ever encountered . Can’t say enough what a great experience we had . I will be back !

Property is directly on the boardwalk, had ample parking and the staff was very kind. The check in was a little delayed due to the computer systems going down but the staff did what they could to still get me checked in.

I went to a competition for my daughter, the room is ok but the corridors are dirty with a lot of cigarette smell throughout the hotel and inside the elevators, when we check in they ask us to sign a letter saying that we cannot smoke but the entire hotel it stinks of cigarettes and marijuana!

Worst experience ever!
The parking garage is 8 levels with no elevator. I got to my room it was dirty, bed lines wete not changed from the orevious guest. I decided to leave and requested a refund but the front desk attendant is not authorized to give a refund. I have to wait until Monday for a general manager. For $400/night, very disappointing.
