We stayed 5 nights and no attempts were made to clean the room or supply toiletries. We had to physically go to the reception and the receptionist casually placed the towels and toilet roll on my chest. The description says breakfast included but there was only coffee and waffle. The room has funny odour. It was just an Ok experience.
The property was not as clean as hoped .. not dirty it will due in a pinch.. need a upgrade/ remodel... Sheet did not fit the bed came off the bed and had to remake the bed all night.. the blankets were cheap material.. Morning staff was dry they got my needs but no hospitality....

The one good thing I can say is the staff was very courteous and professional but not very helpful with Wi-Fi issues. The hot water pressure was very low and made it hard to take a comfortable shower. The pictures on the website were a bit deceiving much nicer and newer. Not much of a continental breakfast but they do make an effort. But like I said everyone was very courteous and professional.
It has some shady stuff going on there not to mention had to go to hospital after waking up covered in welts apparently I'm allergic to bed bugs the owner had the audacity to keep my deposit for checking out late when if I hadn't been in the hospital getting Benadryl shots I would of checked out on time but even so we weren't there our belongings and the bed bugs still are because the owner asked what bed as if that matters and is the only place you have to spray disgusting and all you hear is the bar and the lazy white biker dude will tell you cash and pocket it and the owner looks the other way I'm filing a civil suit against them I already filed a complaint with the better business bureau but like the owner said it's his place they can't do nothing to him but what's messed up IS BOOKING WYNDHAM HOTELS IS ALLOWING HIM TO TARNISH THEIR BRAND!! NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE ALL THESE CHARGES HE CAME UP WITH TO KEEP MY MONEY WHEN I PAID TWICE ONCE ON MY CARD HE SWORE I DIDN'T AND ONCE IN CASH AND YES I HAVE THE RECEIPTS AND ALL SORTS OF PHOTOS

Absolutely disgusting it was dirty it looked like the bed had been just made up after somebody was sleeping in it the carpets are filthy. The paint is peeling off the walls. The tub is disgusting would never recommend this place. In fact, I reported it to corporate.
