Ben at the reception was very nice and helpful. So that everyone knows. Parking is $6 per night. The breakfasts are good, the rooms are spacious and clean.

The rooms were extremely spacious. Perfect for family. The breakfast was decent. Areas was clean inside and out. The courtyard was nice too. Would definitely stay here again

Staff was very friendly and helpful through my lengthy on/off stay all month. Studios are roomy and clean.
Only downfall is the water temperature in the rooms could be hotter. Tried to get baths since i was charged for having a bath tub, and couldbt utilize the tub cause the water wasn't hot enough to fill the tub.
*DO NOT SPEND THE EXTRA FOR A ROOM WITH A BATH TUB*
It would be nice to get reimbursement for a tub i couldn't use.

Good value compared to other hotels nearby. It's nothing too fancy, but nice suites, well fitted, and a short walk to fast food and convienece store

Melchi ridore is the one that will make customers hate this hotel.
I stayed there and paid on time but he managed to avoid me making new reservations and was even proud to tell me that any booking even from a third party will be cancelled.

I was never told about parking fee. I was charged $8 for parking. I only found out about the parking fee after I inquired of why the deductions from my deposit I was aware of the $15 for late checkout was told parking was $6 and I was charged $8. I don't recommend this property especially for cleanliness tub was filthy had to be cleaned and wasn't even offered the option of moving to another room

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the dirty tub. The housekeeper was sent to clean the tub because we were sold out and unable to transfer you to another room. To clarify, the parking is 6 and the Late checkout fee is 15 plus tax.

Got a 6 am wake up call from the fire alarm front desk said it wasn’t a fire but then firefighters show up

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the early morning fire alarm. I would like to reiterate that there was no fire and the fire department arrived to investigate the issue to prevent future disturbances. Thank you for your understanding.
Our toilet was broken, we had to call the front desk 4 times to fix it. They finally moved us to a different room on our last nite. Our first couple nights we had no functional toilet
We booked king room with pull out bed, NO bedding was provided, we had to get from front desk. NO ice machines available. We got up early morning to leave at 7:00AM, NO hairdryer in room. Went to front desk, NO housekeeping available until 9:00AM.

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your stay was not up your expectations. We have ice makers in the kitchens rather than ice machine. Your reservation was for one night, housekeeping would have not been offered, unless you needed something additional. We apologize for not having the bedding/hair dryer in the room, but we are glad you were able to receive it from the Front Desk.
