Although freshly renovated and clean, the area around Masters inn is pretty sketch. The hotel itself has an off putting "safety first" secure lobby. But staff was super nice, and the facility was clean- although bare bones. A mini fridge would have been nice, but otherwise you cannot beat the value

I booked my room in September for Oct 14 I arrived at the desk the man at the desk said he didn’t have a booking for us as I called Expedia to confirm after I showed him he gave away our room which was the last room I was stranded outside for two hours until I was sent to Motel 6 there were people outside and I flew in from New Jersey the desk clerk did not care I was not given anything for this

Liked that Room was nice and clean. Liked wifi was good and fast. Only toiletries in room were 2 small bars of soap. Disliked no amenities such as no usual coffee pot, no hair dryer as listed. Disliked A/C ran very loud. Disliked no food available on premises other than snack machines. Sold refrigerated microwaveable items in machine but no microwave available. DISLIKED Room had bad cigarette smoke smell. Was supposed to be smoke free room. When I asked at desk for a smoke free room clerk said "actually we don't have, sorry".
