Associates Carlos and Christian are terrific members of the Hyatt team! Both were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. They greeted me and my family warmly and byname each time we arrived or departed. They helped us navigate the surrounding area and made great recommendations at the surrounding restaurants and venues.

I paid for the stay through Expedia, got a zero-balance statement at checkout, then Hyatt Place billed my credit card. They won't give me an explanation at all.

Booked the incorrect property. Called customer service immediately. They would not refund. Ended up paying for 2 different Hyatt properties for the same night. Did not use this hotel.

Thank you for your feedback. Our location is in walking distance of many attractions, but if you prefer a different mode of transportation, there are Marta busses and trains, Uber, Lyft, and Taxis.

they list as having shuttle service, but you get there and a sign says they no longer have it. they list as having a restaurant which is just a few tables at the check in area with a limited food selection. the rooms were clean, they need to be more upfront about the $35 per day parking charge instead of just a small line about it.

No complaints here. Convenient location, lots of options for eating out within a short walk, staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean. Basically all that I ask for in a hotel.

Traveling on business - close to restaurants. Easy walk of less than 1 mile to convention center following Baker Street. Room was spacious and clean (decor maybe little dated but comfortable). Free breakfast was helpful. Great value. Would stay here again.

We did inform the parents about the situation, but unfortunately, they chose to disregard our request.
I didn't like the fact that guests could smoke outside in the garden area of the hotel. Also didn't like the homeless people roaming around.

This hotel is in a good location except for the panhandlers. The breakfast was OK but certainly nothing special. Quite frankly we were surprised that Hayatt would put it's name (and reputation) on this hotel. The room we were provided was very spacious and that was a pleasant surprise. The staff was generally friendly.
In retrospect, you get what you pay for. Don't let the branding fool you.

We are sorry we didnt meet your expectations, fortunately we made up with our customer service. Unfortunately we are in the city and things like panhandlers are out of our control as we are in downtown Atlanta. We are proud to continue raising our Hyatt flag.

Ive never stayed at a hotel that did not have a comforter on the bed the bathroom was tiny. I stayed at the Hyatt place in Bayamón Puerto Rico...way better then this. No shuttle..which was advertised. I was a bit embarrassed when me and my wife arrived at this hotel.

Thank you for your feedback. We retired our shuttle services over a month ago and it should be taken off of all websites. We apologize for any miscommunication or any inconvenience that this may have caused.
Choose the hotel for its location and price however, the area didn't feel very safe despite having security guards that all we could tell ever did was talk to the lady at the front desk. Room was updated and clean. Hugely disappointed with the pull out coach. It was not comfortable for my son to sleep on which was one of the reasons we booked it for the extra bed. Breakfast was good but not enough space to sit and eat. And the parking was very limited. Would choose somewhere else next time.

Room and the rest of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Stayed for 3 evenings, the staff didn't vacuum the floor and the water pressure for the shower was not great. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay.

Hi Joseph, thank you for sharing your review. There are a few separate Hyatt properties, many of which are not new-builds, but conversion properties from previous brands. This may explain some of the discrepancy. Please visit us again soon!
The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. The breakfast was excellent. The only suggestion I have is a little more light or maybe a makeup light in the bathroom area.

I’m going to say that the staff was amazing. The men and woman from the front desk were so pleasant and kind. They answer all of our question. Te room was clean and very spacious. The only thing that I really concern was the area around the property. The street was really alone, with so many homeless. In my experience everything was good except for the area. But I really appreciate everyone that helps us in the hotel. I visited Atlanta with my family and the hotel was the best for that. They also have a buffet breakfast and we enjoy it.
