The manager and the staff were very friendly folks! From the warm welcomes to the invite for social hour on Wednesday, the suite was full of good vibes. I also loved the daily morning breakfast, especially their eggs and sausage patties!
Loved our stay here, breakfast was good, beds were firm but that’s what I prefer! This was my first time in ATL but I will definitely return and I will be booking this hotel again
The staff was very friendly. Convenient location to access the highway or catch Marta train. Plenty of shopping options available in walking distance. Free garage parking is a plus.
ROACHES!!!! Do not stay here. I booked 2 suites for my parents. They were visiting for a family birthday party. Roaches came out at night in the kitchen. Hallways and trash cans by elevator over flowing with garbage! The woman that checked us in was so rude. And to think, we spent $1200 for this vacation. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!
The room smell like dogs had been in the room recently.

It was going good but the pool wasn’t ready when we checked in. The breakfast line is entirely too long because of one waffle maker. Ppl were still in line to eat when the cook snatched up all the food and said it was 10am but we had been in line at least 30 mins waiting for the waffle maker. Managers didn’t care either.

Nice, affordable hotel. I liked that it had a separate room for the bedroom and also had a kitchen. This helps the room not feel so small. However, the hotel does need some updating and better cleaning. The carpet smelled very old.
Overall a great stay. Huge rooms! The only suggestions I would have is to get another waffle maker for breakfast since it was lined up each day, get more plates etc as they ran out everyday, and the night stand drawer in our room kept rolling open lol. 😊
The night shift guy Chaz was very nice and accommodating but he never answers the phone. One of my keys didn’t work and I was in the parking garage elevator calling the front desk and he didn’t answer. The same night the garage gate wasn’t working with my key so I was calling from the speaker box provided at the gate and he didn’t answer so I had to drive around for the second time now so he can let me in the gate. I had my niece call from the room phone thinking maybe he’ll answer but he didn’t. When I asked about him not answering he said he had to walk the property which was confirmed to be a lie. It’s called front desk for a reason. Aside from all of that he wasn’t rude or anything he just have to be more attentive to the guests. The housekeeper Ms Clara or Carla was very nice. I can see myself staying here again just move Chaz to the day shift lol love ya Chaz just stay alert. Oh and the pool was closed and the indoor pool is why I chose the property that sucked
We appreciated the free parking, the front desk & housekeeping services, and the convenience of the easy highway access. The full kitchen with all the necessary utensils.

My only real issue was that it wasn’t communicated at check in that housekeeping service would be coming every other day. Then 3 days went by and no housekeeping. On the last day there was a sign that said no housekeeping, and you had to call to schedule. I stayed 4 nights
We are very thankful for the service and daily breakfast with a lot of options. We recommend this to property.
Kindly fix the garage parking sensor it’s not working. We need to call the service desk every time we go in. The pool area was closed for 4 days we stayed. For 4 days there’s a sign “POOL CLOSE FOR CLEANING” we asked the service desk but no one open it. But the gym was very good.
The staff was very friendly. I gave 3 stars because the bed wasn't comfortable, i heard the dog next door and the Dish network constantly went out. Not to mention, they didn't offer any premium channels.
The hotel staff are super friendly and all stopped to play with my toddler who needed to walk the lobby and dining room to burn off some energy. Everything was comfortable and we felt safe. Some may say they didn't like the view, but honestly I was pretty happy to look out our window at Costco. To each their own :)
