The key machine was not working upon check in. Nor was it the next morning so we checked out. Expedia has been trying to get in touch with hotel management to give us a refund for 3 days no with no result. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We did not have a room key for out entire stay. The key card maker was broken and we had to be let into our room by an employee each time we returned.

Do not book here! I booked due to high reviews and as soon as I walked in to check in I knew it was not going to be good. I was running on no sleep and couldn't keep looking for other hotels so I stayed. They did not give me the room I booked for and they said they were no other rooms available even though I arrived only 40 minutes after check in. There were other guest in the lobby as well complaining about there rooms and being over charged etc. The pool was not even open and that is literally why I booked here. They also did not have enough pillows. The breakfast was said to start at 6:30am but did not open till 7am! Terrible overall. Would never stay here again!

When we Checked in, their key machine was not working, so each time staff has to come to open door to room, freez was not working, so no Bottle water or any Drinks available.we have to go outside to buy water and Drink.

The property is in major need of an update. The hotel is very dirty, the pool was closed and empty full of mold. Our room had paint falling off the walls,walls and ceiling, bathtub had rust all around the edges and drain. Our room had no tv remote and we asked for one we wete told. Oh that room doesnt have one. Breakfast was very mediocre alot of food items were empty and not restocked. I would not consider staying here again.

Checking in took long, due to key cards not working and front desk being unable to make keys. The system came back up an hour later. Room looked outdated and didn’t feel clean. Breakfast was good and all staff were helpful.

My stay at this hotel, was okay besides the roaches i disposed of, (crawling in my room) and the tub clogging up while showering. Also the pool was "out of order" so i couldnt enjoy any water over than the tub. My room was well cleaned just needs to be renovated, and needs better installation so i won't have to hear the people next to me conversation(s). Room was okay for the most part, not by many food/shopping options but for some quiet ducked off peace then this hotel.

This is correct. refunds take three to seven business days not including the weekend because banks do not operate on the weekend.

I have stayed here several times, but only due to the fact that it is convenient to where I need to go in that area. It is not that clean, and I have never had a great experience with the staff. Also, the roll out sofas are awful.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The air conditioner was so loud that it was difficult to sleep or hear the television. The plumbing wasn’t good. The shower drained so slowly that I was standing in almost ankle deep water. Breakfast options were extremely limited.

Property has some issues… security key code pad not working in garage parking area, anyone off the street can just come in get on the elevator….I had an employee just come into my room without knocking???.. I hope they address the issues they have… if not, I will start staying at another hotel in that area.. again, I have stayed at this hotel many times and never had a problem, the employee coming into my room without knocking was CRAZY!!

I do not like that after a week post my stay I have not gotten my deposit back. Most of the properties I have stayed in this has been released with 3-5 days.

Please note, depending on your bank it takes three to seven business days not including the weekend. Banks do not operate on the weekends. If you use a cashapp card it can take up to thirty days because they are not an actual bank.

Overall, my stay was normal. The kitchen staff did a phenomenal job and very welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Front desk was ok not awesome, could be more enthusiastic or hospitable to be working front desk. House keeping left trash in hall from previous day and created smell in elevator/hall area. Location was perfect and accessible to everything. Overall I’ll give a 6.5
