As always this Hotel has Top Notched Staff Members. I've stayed at almost every hotel in this area and this one is by far the very BEST.

Staff members are ALWAYS helpful no matter when you ask or what you need. Definitely, the definition of TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXCELLENT.

Check in was terrible. After booking a room with two double beds with Expedia.com a week earlier according to the front desk they had over booked and there were no rooms available. I arrived at 3:05pm and was told my room would be ready in 30 mins at 3:40 I was told they over booked and there were no rooms it was after 4:30 before the room was ready The guy at the front desk said they would accommodate me a bed and a sleep sofa for me and my friend that was 69 years old we had not seen one another in ten years, there to celebrate are birthdays, my friend had a terrible stay in turn caused me the same. I will never use this hotel chain again. I hope that my friend will not continue to have back problems after sleeping on a sofa bed.

I enjoyed the stay. Overall. The front desk staff was very personable, even the “Paris Hilton wannabe”. my issues are those that have probably already been mentioned in previous reviews. One elevator working instead of both elevators working. Not good especially on a busy weekend. housekeeping not sweeping or mopping bathroom floors. Noisy fan, in room, too soft pillows. Would I stay again? Absolutely. These things i mentioned probably takes place all over. Nothing hard to fix.

I've stayed in alot of different hotels over the past year. This hotel is by far the best out of ALL. What makes this hotel above all the others is the Exceptional customer service that each Staff Member delivers.

The breakfast in the morning was very good the first day, but not so much the second. The fruit seemed stale the second day. We also got in around 8:30PM from all day meetings and were looking for a nightcap. The bar only stayed open until 9PM and there were still 5 of us there and two more guests came by hoping for a drink when they closed. I'd understand if the bar closed due to lack of people, but it would have been nice if they kept it open longer.

Comfy but blah breakfast for a fee
Great for one night on the road. The service was good with easy check in and comfy bed. However breakfast was a charge, and offered the same quick foods (frozen and microwaved by staff) you get for free at similar hotels. And those items were scarce and not refilled. One price for cold items ($8ish) and higher cost ($15ish) to include warm items. The coffee was even out several times I went by. We opted to go across the street to a local restaurant and had a lovely breakfast to order there.
